Wir haben uns sehr über dasAppartement geärgert. Statt 255 € pro Nacht, wie anfänglich angegeben, haben wir ca. 400 € pro Nacht bezahlt. Leider mussten wir erfahren, dass die Wohnung diese Mietkosten nicht wert war. In der Beschreibung steht, dass es 2 Schlafzimmer gibt - es gab aber nur 1 Schlafzimmer und einen Schlafplatz auf dem Sofa. Das ist ein erheblicher Unterschied. Der angezeigte Parkplatz musste für 30 € pro Tag zusätzlich angemietet werden. Wenn in der Beschreibung ein Parkplatz angegeben ist, gehe ich davon aus, dass er zur Wohnung dazugehört. Einen externen Parkplatz kann ich auch selber mieten. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn diese beiden Punkte vor Abschluss des Vertrages eindeutig dargestellt worden wären. Wir hätten das Appartement dann nicht gemietet. Im Appartement gab es zahlreiche Mängel: - die Kühlschranktür klemmte heftig - die Schiebetür zwischen Wohnen und Schlafen war schwergängig - die Gardinen waren nicht komplett eingehängt - die Küche war nur dürftig ausgestattet, kein Topf mit passendem Deckel, wobei das Kochen in der Küche grundsätzlich nicht möglich ist. Wozu braucht man eine Herdplatte mit 4 Kochfeldern und eine große Spülmaschine, wenn kein Platz zum Kochen da ist. - unbrauchbares Trockentuch und kein Wischtuch - eine Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, nur eine Padmaschine (umweltschädlich) - die Klobürste im WC mochte man nicht benutzen Zustand und Ausstattung des Appartements sind für diesen hohen Mietpreis nicht akzeptabel.
