Overall a really pleasant experience, for a reasonable cost. Great breakfast.

Club room. Nice and clean but below Renaissance quality in other locations. This is especially true in club lounge area.

The Renaissance was an awesome stay. A week in a quiet room, awesome facilities and fantastic staff.

A good stay, decent location. Would have taken advantage of the amenities if we have been staying more than one night.

Booked this hotel since it was the cheapest hotel we could find that was somewhat centrally located. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel staff were, clean and comfortable the room was and how close the hotel was to the main part of town which is only about 15-20 min walk away--albeit in freezing weather when we were there. Note: we had double beds and my traveling partner complained that their's sunk into the middle; I thought mine was quite comfortable. Also, at check-in I was offered a 50 euro package per day which included internet (~20 euros) and breakfast for 2 (25 euros each). We declined but may be worth asking if you're spending time in the area.

- Hotel was good and clean.. - Very accessible to public transport (train station, metro and taxi stand) - For the price - wifi should have been included in the price. - Also no coffee, cocoa, water facilities in the room.

Excellent location if you are spending time in the EU parliament area. It was quite a walk (20 min) to the Grand Place, but we walked everyday - it was a beautiful walk, but a little cold in the snow! The cost was an excellent deal compared to hotels in the Grand Place area. The hotel had excellent service and the rooms were great. Very nice, modern, had a refrig and coffee maker, and the front desk always had chocolates in a bowl at reception! They also let us check in early (around 12 noon) which was a great help to us, coming in from the US on a night flight. It was a very pleasant experience. We lacked nothing.

Our experience at the hotel was fine. Big rooms, clean and good location. [...]

This was a great hotel with staff willing to meet your every need. The weekend price was amazing for what you get!

The hotel was offered at a great price and it made for a good home base while we explored the areas around the Royal Palace. We had a huge bucket of steamed mussels downtown for only $15 euros, plus Belgian waffles, beer and chocolate. Awesome! The location was near the train station and a bus stop that takes you to the airport for only 3 euros. The hotel staff was coordial. Hotel services were very expensive, however. Internet access was $15 euros for one hour! Breakfast was $18 euros. Rooms were nice, clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable, but when the reservation says king or queen, you get the queen and its misrepresentation to suggest otherwise because it costs more for the king bed. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler, whether traveling for business or pleasure.

We returned to Brussels for the last night of a seven day trip. We returned from Paris on a Tuesday afternoon. We were tired, hungry, and really wanted a room with a bath. The Renaissance Brussels Hotel was just the order. The lobby was beautiful, the front desk was helpful and offered us dark Belgium chocolate and coffee. And our room? It was fantastic -- roomy with a plush bed and crisp linens, a pant-press and a fabulous bath with deep soaking tub. We walked nearby for dinner at a very inventive restaurant called Staff. It was amazing and creative food. The Renaissance Brussels Hotel was without a doubt our best night's sleep on our trip. I wish we could have stayed longer. Next time...

it was a nice hotel. The air con was not working so we had to open the windows and it was very noisy. one day they forgot to leave any bath towles. The staff at the dest was helpful in giving us information. the breakfast was great !!

The ladies in the front desk should be trained better to deal with foreign travelers. They weren't very courteous.

The hotel is conveniently located near metro. The included breakfast buffet was very good. Too bad you had to pay extra for internet.

This hotel is very comfortable, typical for a high level Marriott hotel. A small annoyance of parking fee (EUR20) per night could be easily avoided by free parking on nearby streets (from 6pm to 9am).
