Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Brussels

The Radisson Blu in Brussels was a decent hotel. I think if I were able to go back and do it again, I would book a different hotel for the money. The room was not very clean and needed a few updates. I think for the money you can do better.

An above average hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Needed an Iron and Board (Iron in room was faulty and Board was missing) and was promptly brought up within 10 minutes. However, bathroom needs more thorough cleaning (corners at bathtub are black, presumably with mould). Breakfast was not included in my price. Wifi speed was fast. Could have provided complimentary bottled water in the room. It's small inexpensive details like this that makes the stay perfect. Overall, a high 3 to 4 Star hotel.

Very comfortable room, good location near the Grand Place and Central Railroad station. Hotel seemed more oriented toward groups and business travelers, but perfectly servicable.

My stay at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Brussels, was awesome! Upon check in I was upgraded to the Ambassador Suite free of charge. The room was huge and the staff brought breakfast to my room!

Loved absolutely every dish I tried in the restaurant, very very expensive however. Easy walk to the train station and also the best sights in Brussels.

Hotel and breakfast was great.... desk people were not very knowledgeable about area and amenities; ie we asked about art galleries in area and were told there were none; but found out later there was some great areas to see art. The hotel was clean, efficient, and price point was good; a very good value.

The experience here was very much like many hotels in the States i have stayed at for Business. Comfortable, clean, close to attractions, friendly staff, etc. Definately would stay here again.

It´s ok but no very friendl he staff, ver close from the sation

You can't go wrong with this hotel. A real 5 Star in Europe!

Excellent hotel, great location, typical luxury hotel. The only negative comment is the breakfast is not included and the price for breakfast buffet is extremely high (30 euros)

Nice hotel entrance area, friendly and high-quality staff. However, the bed was of not very high-quality and the room itself was a bit dated and while clean, the carpet had definitely seen better days.

This hotel is business only. The location is very convenient, but the rooms were nothing special, and the hotel is starting to show some wear and tear - broken furniture, the ice machine didn't work, etc. The staff was helpful when asked but not particularly friendly. We didn't bother with the very expensive buffet breakfast. The next time I stay in Brussels, I'll choose a smaller boutique hotel and leave the Radisson for people with business travel accounts.

When I arrived late in the evening, I was greeted by a friendly staff member. Realizing that I was tired after a transatlantic trip, the staff member worked quickly and I was in my room in no time. The hotel was located in a convenient location and the staff members were willing to answer any of my questions throughout my short visit. Overall, a great stay.

The hotel was nice. Clean. Appropriate sized room. Bathroom floors were slightly outdated Overall served our needs but was probably a 3.5 star hotel...nothing more. Location is okay...near some shopping and close to the metro system.

The staff and Concierge staff were great. They steered us to where we wanted to get to and provided great directions to us. When we needed a cab, they had one waiting for us.

We have enjoyed our stay at this hotel for its location, friendly staff. We booked tours and charged it on our hotel bill and also the taxi ride back to the airport, was very convenient. Because of its proximity to the central train station we visited also in Netherlands and Germany. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was surprised with the hotel amenities since I read some bad reviews about this hotel in other webpages, but I decided to choose it due to the orbitz price and the location of the hotel. The experience was far from expected, the hotel is well located, three blocks from Grand Place, 1 block from the cathedral, 10 min walking from Central Station and there is a tram station 2 blocks from the hotel that takes you to Zuid Station where most of the Thalys trains arrives. A lot of restaurants on the surronding area and convenience stores. The experience started since our arrival very friendly staff and allow us to do a check in early, that was very helpful after a very early travel from Paris ( 6 am), everything was smooth and fast, then we take the elevator and the hotel seems very far of the reviews that I read, very nice hotel, then we arrived to our room and it was excellent due to our experience with other european hotels: spacious room, flat tv with a lot of channels options, iron board, desk with multiple connector options ( this for international users) and a cozy bed that help us to have a wonderful sleep after several days at europe. The bathroom was spacious too according to european standards. Then we had an early fligth to catch at Amsterdam and the staff was very helpful and friendly with our airline checkin and boarding passes the nigth before our departure. Check out was smooth and fast and the staff was friendly and helpful even tougth that was 4 am in the morning. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL
