Upsides...walkable, well located, quiet room facing courtyard not street, every staff member courteous and helpful, ready recommendations for super breakfasts nearby of which we visited many. Downsides...train station to OPO is only 10 minute walk but over Medieval cobblestones, a slow go rolling luggage; our bathroom frosted all glass door illuminated the entire bedroom area.

Had a great 3 night stay at OPO. The property seems new or very newly renovated. My room was clean and, again, seemed new or newly renovated. The staff was very kind and professional. Also love the location. My only complaint, and it is a very small one, is that the pillows were quite hard. But I love this place and will stay again when I returned to Brussels.

Really nice hotel with helpful, friendly staff right in the centre of town. Beautifully decorated, large bedroom with a GREAT shower. It is in the process of being refurbished so there were a few teething problems but nothing that disturbed my stay, and I would definitely book the hotel again when in Brussels. I should note that there is some noise at night, but it was minimal and would be expected with such a central hotel.
