Really great location, easily walkable to Grand Place and to the train station! Only odd thing was that sometimes the lobby smelled like a bathroom? Which is odd because the downstairs bathroom was clean. But room was good and overall was a great place to stay.

Great location, nice lobby and ok rooms - good enough bar.

The location, cleanliness and staff friendliness! The hotel is updated and right in the middle of the action.

A perfect location. Right next to Brussels Central train station. One block to Grand Place. Plenty of places to eat or shop within 4 blocks of hotel.

The room was very dark with insufficient lighting. No sink in the toilet room. No real closet.

Honestly did not spend much time in the hotel because the location was so close to many activities, attractions, and transportation. But when we were in the room, all our needs were met, with the exception of complimentary bottled water, which was rationed out at the rate of 1 bottle per room, per stay, no matter how many people in the room, or how long the stay. This was a different policy than we were accustomed to in other European hotels. However, still a very good value to stay at this hotel.

Beautiful Hotel, Close to everything. Amazing staff.

We stayed in family room and it had Tintin and Smurfs pictures and postcards on the wall. The sofa bed for kids was huge, 3 seater sofa bed which was excellent. Toilet and bathroom is separated. Note that the shower head is rather difficult to operate, and the cubicle was tight. We almost flooded the bathroom floor.

perfect location. Convenient parking garage in downtown Brussels.

The location is literally in the heart of Brussels, walking distance to everything. TONSSS of restaurants and bars and shops nearby. Room was spacious!! Had a bathtub and shower. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough!

Hotel location is outstanding, around corner from Grote Markt, 5 min walk to train station. Very pleasant and helpful staff, nice size room, very clean, efficient, awsome bathroom with separate bath tub and shower and excellent breakfast choices on main floor. Our Brussels stay was a blast. Thank you

The hotel could not have been in a better location. The room was large, clean, had everything, and was beautiful. I would definitely recommend it.

The air conditioning was not adequate. I was told that it was unusually hot, so the air conditioning cannot keep up. I had to open the windows making the room very noisy. Other amenities and location was very good.

While the location of the hotel is excellent for the train and it's proximity to heart of Brussels, that does come with a price. The rooms are certainly comfortable and reasonably appointed. However, the rooms were very noisy with a combination of renovation work and young loud partyers. We were there are on a Saturday night and the noise from the street was annoying as partyers whooped it up at all hours. And then at 7 am on Sunday, I could hear a workman working in the room near me. While the hotel had signs informing people of ongoing renovation work, I didnt expect to have that at 7 am on a Sunday. Since they really cant control what someone is going to consume at the local establishments or the fact they enjoy honking horns at 3am, I would suggest they look into far better sound proofing windows. It sounded as if my window was wide open. (it wasn't).

The Novotel is one block down the street from the Central Train Station and a five minute walk from the Grand Place. Can't ask for a better location. The hotel is very clean and austere, as is typical of Novotel hotels. The staff is competant and friendly. I have no complaints and will stay here again when visiting Brussels.

This hotel was suppose to be four star and it wasn't. The hotel was in good area near the bus and near Grand Palace. The hotel is near some eating and shopping places. The hotel hallway carpet was dirty and needed replaced. There was a stain on the carpet in our room too. The resturant was small and couldn't accomodate to all the guests. The breakfast was good. The bed and sofa bed were hard. I have stayed at Novotel in Amsterdam and its so much better than this one.

This was a great location in the middle of town. Less than 5 minute walk from the Grand Place and 10 minutes to Mannekan Pis. Staff was super helpful and even told us what restaurants to avoid cause they rip you off. Staff gave restaurant recommendation that had possibly the best steak Ive ever had in Europe. The only problem, and it wasnt the hotels fault, was the noise coming from the street. We were on the side of the hotel near heavy foot traffic and there was noise all night. Since we were unsure if there is AC in the room we kept the window open and were woken up all night by the street noise. Not the hotels fault but when we stay there again we will ask for a room away from that street. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Excellent location. Less than a block to an entrance to the Central train station and 1 1/2 blocks to the Grand Place. It is not visible from the hotel and we should have asked directions before we started walking the wrong direction! Rooms are very small but clean and the shower was large,

The hotel is in a wonderful location just off the Grand Place and walking distance to most tourist attractions. It is extremely clean. Our 8yr old was not particularly comfortable on the sofa-bed but otherwise, it was fine. The buffet could have been better maintained for breakfast, but this minor nit could have just been due to bad timing. Excellent value for money.
