Excellent location for Grand Place, 10 minutes walk from all attractions. Easy walk from Central station. Room was clean, tea and coffee a bonus. Luggage secured safely on our last day until late afternoon. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Brussels in the future.

I left some prescription spectacles in the room - due to the level of my eyesight it was impossible for them to have been anywhere else (I alternate with contact lenses). They are a well renowned brand and have a tint and look like expensive sunglasses. Housekeeping apparently didn’t “find” them when asked.
