The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good value with a variety of offrrings. They accomidate late checkout which we appreciated. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Good value for the price we walked everywhere however it is close to the subway and trams. Great choice Lucie Hamilton canada
The staff were friendly and welcoming at reception. The room was clean and quiet. The reception area and breakfast room are basic and could do with modernisation. The breakfast could be improved significantly.
This is not a luxury hotel but it is in a good location, lots of places, shopping etc within walking distance. The hotel is clean and the rooms more than adequate ,and mine was very quiet, for a mid range hotel. I have been here before and if in the area would definitely choose it again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't have breakfast there as I was in Brussels to meet friends who were close by and eat out
It's always nice when you walk into the lobby of a hotel to be greeted with a warm smile and a courteous greeting, and that was provided by the kilogram here. The front desk staff were polite and helpful and check-in efficient. The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the Louise metro station, and is slap bang in the middle of the shopping district, if designer Belgian clothes are your thing. The room was nothing to write home about, but that is only because there was nothing in particular unusual about it. The bed was comfortable, the carpet seemed clean, the bathroom wasn't falling apart and there was an adequate choice of toiletries, the WiFi worked and the TV wasn't just replete with snow and fuzz. So, whilst there was nothing 'outstanding', equally there was nothing to let it down. For the price I paid for the room, in central Brussels, it was definitely value for money.
Good hotel and accomodation. Very kind people at the reception and a good breakfast service. Comfortable and clean room. There is a hotel parking available, useful for its central position in town. In next business trave in Brussels I shall choose this hotel for staying.
Excellent room and amneties. All the staff from front desk, kitchen and housekeeping were very good. I am on a special diet and asked fro porridge oats, something that is not served in Belgium and they went out and bought good quality Quaker Oats and cooked some for me even though the kitchen staff was unsure how too. I would come again and my review should help others to consider this hotel. A very happy customer....
Stayed here for a city break. Really happy with the whole process from start to finish. Th3 staff are polite and welcoming, the rooms are clean and well maintained and the location meant that my wife and I walked everywhere; Grand Place for example is a 20min walk and there’s loads to see and do on the way there. There are also public transport stops nearby, less than a 3 min walk for example where you can get everywhere in the city, including the airport. Really happy with our stay here and top value for money.
Great location, close to shops, restaurants and walking distance to sights and places of interest. Staff on reception were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on local area and pointed us in the right direction of places we wanted to see. The room was clean, bed really comfortable, bathroom had everything you need hot water for shower or bath and hairdryer so didn't need to bring one from home, great stay even if the weather was really wintry!
Great value for money! Excellent service and friendly and patient staff. Good location of the hotel regarding transport connections- the nearest subway station is only about 3-4 minutes walk. Nice and tasty breakfast.
Good price, good location, comfortable bed, really friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast. It was just an overnight stop for us on the way to the airport, but the staff made it a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.
