I spent few days in this hotel due to a business trip. I am glad I did it because it is really a nice hotel, very clean, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean, all the staff is very kind an professional, breakfast is delicious. Great hotel, I would definitely come back again and I would recommend this hotel to everyone, either corporate and leisure customers!
this is a lovely hotel had a lovely quite large twin room, the beds were extremely comfortable.the hotel is also very clean. my 2 disappointments are it was a long way out from the cemtre of brissells and the food although a large choice for breakfast most of the hot food was rather cold and if in a hurry for toast dont bother. the evening meal choice was poor and by the sound of the ding mostly microwaved.
I had a enjoyable 3 nights at the Gresham hotel.it was a nice place to stay.i enjoyed the continental breakfast.I enjoyed the WiFi anyplace around the hotel.i would happy go back there.there is a couple of shops near by if you want one.
We stayed here for a night and were a group of 4 families. The rooms were clean and spacious enough to stay with kid. But the parking is expensive if you opt the hotel's parking however there is free parking available besides the road in front of the hotel
Stayed here for 2 nights with a friend in a nice spacious twin room. Hotel was very clean and well presented and staff were polite. The room had a fridge, big televison and facilities to make tea and coffee. There is a restaurant, bar and fitness room but unfortunately we were so busy during our stay in Brussels that we didn't get to see them. Would have rated the hotel as excellent if it wasn't for the noisy lift next to our room (101) which could be heard through the wall at times.
Nice hotel. Calm. Breakfast is good but not good enough for a 4 star hotel. Still you can find most of the basic things for a good breakfast. Far away from the city center although you can find a bus stop just across the street an a taxi place in front of the hotel. Shuttle to and from the hotel is available but you need to call before arrival to brussels. Rooms are clean . Wish it was without carpets.
The Gresham Benson is well set up for a business visit on the the outskirts of Brussels. There is a shuttlebus which will pick you up from the airport and take you to nearby offices. This is the big plus point for this hotel. The rooms are fine, although it is worth upgrading to the superior rooms for the extra room. The breakfast is nice with lots of options. There are a lot of restaurants within a 5 minute walk which means you don't have to go into the centre to eat. Although, an uber is about E14 to the centre so it is not hard to get there.
I wanted to use the shuttle service offered by the hotel when I arrived in Brussels, however never received an answer to my request. Upon arrival the staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was very small but clean. Breakfast was okayish but for whatever reason served in a room without windows in the cellar. Overall the hotel is okay for a stop-over but way too expensive for what you get.
We were ataying overnight in Brussels on our way from London to Toronto. The hotel is a small to medium sized one with rooms offering basic comfort for the price range. Check in and check out was quick and staff were friendly and professional. All in all it was a comfortable stay. ee had a room facing the back, ehich meant no views but kept the traffic noise out. We did not have any meals at the hotel. There is a supermarket just around the corner and a few restaurants and a Pizza Hut nearby. The free shuttle from and to Brussels Airport is a big plus. I will recommend this hotel.
Located on a busy plaza junction in a mainly residential suburb this hotel does most things very well and so is excellent for a short stay. Also at 120 Euro for a double room for 2 people for 2 nights (room only - Booking.com) it represents excellent value for money. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance and as its located on a main bus route in to the city centre (Bus 66 - 2.5 Euro each way) far more options are only 20 minutes away. The rooms are standard with small ensuite, clean with a decent bed and linen. There's a good buffet style breakfast, small bar and secure parking. Reception staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I'd definitely stay here again when visiting the city as I think you could easily pay a lot more and get far less for you money.
