great hotel, good staff accommodating & good beds thanks guys

Nice hotel in Brussels, Good quality of service for good price.

A pleasing, upscale, affordable, quiet accommodation best reached from the train station by taxi instead of bus. A personable and helpful desk clerk put us on to an excellent area restaurant called Chou de Bruxelles. The internet station connections in the lobby were quite good and always accessible. The small market just down the street proved ideal for breakfast items to allow us to avoid the hotel's pricey breakfast. There's a nice secluded spot on the hilly backside of the property reachable by elevator which is nice for a drink, chat, snack, or meditation.

The cab driver found it there without a map or GPS straight from the airport - trip cost 50 euro (all taxes and tips are included). Great hotel, with a great location and multilingual front desk staff. Everyone spoke English, but they were patient with me and let me check-in in French. The gym is OK, with saunas (I did not use, but others seemed to like them).

Good parking lot but a bit tight. Super comfortable beds. Rooms with mini kitchens. Wifi in the lobby, wish it was in the rooms too.

Right from the get-go this place felt good. The staff were friendly, and there was free wi-fi in the lobby (unusual but greatly appreciated, given you had to pay if you wanted it in the room). Small but useful gym, close to public transport and comfortable room.

The hotel lacks a pool and wifi in the rooms. Otherwise the beds are soft and comfy, wifi works well in the lobby. The neighborhood is chic, and relatively safe. This is a big city. Parking in their small garage is fine for most cars, unless you are driving a Chevy Suburban. The Illy coffee a block away on avenue Louis is divine. The big Sheraton downtown is in a crime ridden neighborhood. The 4 points Sheraton is the safe, sane, and frugal choice. We will be back.

I had a wonderful stay with Four Points Sheraton Brussels, the front desk staff, particularly the managers are very helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. The location is quite convenient-only 3-5 minutes to trams and bus, and metro is only 3 tram stops away. General surrounding are nice, clean and safe.

This hotel is tucked away on a quiet side street right off the major road and near everything. Service was good and the room was very clean and comfortable.

On a business trip of two nights, I stayed at this hotel. The room was very clean. There were two problems with the room: the high speed cable internet was slow, and someone had left the room safe open but with the bars out. I reported both, and the safe was fixed when I came back later that day (which is what I had asked for). Instead of using the cable internet I then used the wifi, same price, and it worked fine. This is a good and quiet location, in an area with many nice casual restaurants and shopping. Excellent tram connections.

I don't normally write reviews, but I have to do it this time to make sure other travelers do not stay at this hotel. The pictures shown are not a true reflection of the actual room I was put into. The hotel bear the name of Sheraton. Granted it was not the high end Sheraton but Four Point, it should not be as ill maintained and poorly furnished as this one. Just imagine doing a slight renovation to an old Best Western or Travel Lodge hotel with the hotel lobby/bar area looking a little better. the room has old carpeting, very old and unappealing furnitures, the bath room was tiny and low end. Just not what you would expect or pay the kind of price for.

The hotel was everything we expected it to be. We got a room on the top floor and had a spectacular view over the rooftops of Brussels. Our stay was very enjoyable. With the streetcar it took only about 10 minutes to get to the city center.

The area immediately surrounding the hotel is a little old and run-down, however it is only a 5 minute walk from a plaza with decent restaurants. The hotel and rooms themselves were nice although breakfast and internet were extra (European standard). The hotel restaurant was closed the weekend I stayed there. The hotel has a small parking garage for 16 Euro a day or parking is available on the street. A walk from the hotel to downtown Brussels is a minimum of 30 minutes and can be somewhat confusing.
