Crowne Plaza Brussels - Le Palace

Everything you need to focus on your trip instead of details. Prompt service when I needed a couple of extras, free wifi, good gym, good breakfast (included, at least for me), free umbrella (Brussels is rainy--take note).

We left some items at the hotel, and house keeping really went out of their way to send it home for us right away.

Firslty, very good location, next to Rochier station and shopping street. You can have very good long walk through the street to most of the places, like grand place. Clean room and kind staffs as well. I would like to recommend to my friends or family.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was helpful as well. Breakfast was great.

I only stayed 1 night, but I liked the classic feel of the place

Excellent. Modern hotel. Helpful staff. Great location

Although this hotel is very close to the train station (Gare du Nord) and is near a pretty park, it's also on the edge of a seedy bit of Brussels (particularly to the north and east). The food in the restaurant is OK, but nowhere near worth what it costs. Still, it is a nice hotel if you're not someone who needs a 1000 ft^2 room. There is also a GREAT place to eat breakfast nearby (about six blocks) called Le Petit Coin Royal.

It was great. We landed befiore check i time and the staff allowed to occupy the room. The staff was excellent and very welcoming.

While the Crowne Palace is well equipped for the convention crowd, it's not that well suited for tourists. I was visiting friends so that was not an issue for me. The hotel is in need of soundproofing on the Rogier Square side. However-It still charges 4 star prices-no matter what side you stay on. Basic TV isn't offered-they only give you news stations, the rest is pay per view. No local tv or radio except BBC is offered. What if you want to watch European network TV? They give you a few BBC stations-everything else is pay per view. There was no radio in the room. This is not a hotel geared for the average tourist. If you are a tourist, you should stay near the Sablon or Grand Place area(s) for easy walking distance to sights.

Great location and the directions on the web site on how to get to the hotel from the airport were easy to follow. There was a bit on construction, however, it did not take away from the hotel. The staff was very helpful with directions, questions and any extras that were needed.

Staff was very good and the rooms were nice. Close parking, close to transportation and to the old city attractions.

We only get a week vacation and like to be centrally located where we can walk to everything. This hotel's location was only 2 blocks from Grand Place and accessbile to metro. Needs an interior facelift which is underway. The room was fine and quiet despite the very busy street level location next to a McDonald's. Can walk easily to St. Catherine area, west to cafes and well as east to central tourist area. Great water pressure in shower, but tight space for standing. Good thing we are both short!

The hotel is situated just outside of the main city ring road and makes for a nice distance to the center. Just a 5 minute walk from many restaurants and shopping streets. They served a nice spread at the breakfast buffet and the rooms were clean. If you plan on taking a train be sure to choose the Brussels Nord location, it is closet to the hotel.

Typical of this class hotel in Europe. Staff was extermely helpful and responsive to any needs.
