Terrible room from every aspect. Furniture outdated, dirty linen.Rude staff

I just stayed for one night with my husband. The room was very comfy. The hotel it's in a quiet location but there are many restaurants and bars really close. And you can visit the most important place on foot.

This is very nice by European standards. Value priced, but clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.

The hotel is very close to a metro stop. It has security card for the entrance. The stuffs were friendly and helpful. I got a room facing street, noise was not much a problem. The room is nice and clean with two very comfortable beds, roomy bathroom. Did not use the kitchenette much, but it could come handy when needed. I only stayed one night, and would like to stay there again if go back to Brussels.

Great hotel for the price. Pretty large room with kitchenette, Close to metro, walking distance to Grand Place. Would recommend a room with windows not facing hotel's facade to avoid traffic noise.

Perfect downtown location with beautiful old buildings, great restaurants and stores all around, very friendly staff, recently completely renovated, studio and apts with kitchinette, maid service every 6 days, security card for street entrance. Could use a coffee maker in the room. I have been back several times for 9 days at the time. I like it there.

We had good experience at this hotel. It was convienently located

The hotel was at a great location with easy walking access to Grand Place and public transit. Our first one-bedroom suite was recently renovated with nice flooring and clean. We liked that the sofa turned into two separate twin beds (like trundle beds) which were comfortable for kids. The separate bedroom was small but comfortable. Not all rooms have been renovated; one room had old, stained carpets. The hotel staff were helpful in changing our room. In short, the hotel is a great value that is functional, comfortable for families, and centrally located.

Booked a studio in this hotel. Two things suprised me. 1. The sleeping couch. 2. The small bathtub. All other things where fine for a hotel booked for 2 days for a business trip. Nicely situated on a square with a lot of good fish restaurants.

We came to Brussels to see the city and to run the Brussels Marathon. The location was excellent, the apartment was very comfortable, very clean, with a nice view, and very quiet. It really couldn't be better. The price was also very reasonable (thanks to Orbitz, we paid less than half of the rate listed on the hotel website!) When you check in, ask to see the apartments because not all of them are the same. Also, if you are a non-smoker, request an apartment on the non-smoking floor, as we did.

Receptionist at check out early in the morning Nov. 29 didn't even bother to say "good morning" nor "bye" when parting. All she said was "You made an international call" asking to be paid. The gruffiest person I ever met in any hotel. The rooms were no better than hostel units. Gloomy. Halls were reeking of cigarette smoke, despite the "smoke free" signs. I would never try a Citadine again. The only good thing about the hotel (apart from a reasonably good location) was the welcoming and efficacious [...] at the reception who was there through the afternoons.
