Excelente ubicación, agradable, limpio, buen desayuno

The staff was unfriendly to say the least. The cleaning staff opened my patio door every day and not only did not lock it but actually left the door wide open so anyone could have come into my room. The shower was downright dangerous as the temperature changed from freezing cold to scalding hot every few seconds.

It is near the center, easy walking, better to walk from Midi station with a roller luggage.

The room was exactly like in the pics: with tv, closet, balcony. The furniture shoud be renewed.Price quality = good. The breakfast was very good(very tasty croissants). The hotel has elevator, but poor wifi signal on 5-th floor. I didnt had wifi signal on my phone.

Nice hotel. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Convenient location near tourist attractions and restaurants.

Nice hotel, good location, good breakfast. However I had a pair of silver earings in a bag and the bag was in my cosmetique kit and when I packed my things the earings were missing. I didnt liked that especially someone was searching through my things. I didnt liked the view of the room.

I felt privileged to have been given a corner room on the 7th floor (Room#701) which is actually indeed very quiet, when a quite few other guests have complained from noises made from other guests (read door slamming, loud speech etc...). I did not suffer any of this. What I experienced is a very clean and well looked after lobby and 7th floor, professional staff, and good working wifi, cable tv, mini fridge (mine had to be replaced after I complained that the existing one was not cooling enough) and, quite unfortunately, a not-so-powerful CENTRAL air conditioning (with "climate control", which ended up to be useless). It was not too hot in Brussels and that is probably the reason why management did not unleash the full power of the central air conditioner. Other than this unfortunate aspect, my stay was without a glitch and I will not hesitate to book another stay at this well located hotel, especially in the wake of the included buffet breakfast, which is not great but satisfying and good enough to start the day with.

This was the 3rd time I stayed here. The 2nd time I was given a room facing the street which was very loud. We were told there were no other rooms. After the 2nd trip I would not normally book to stay again but the hotel is close to where I needed to go and the price was right. But... This trip I was given an inner room which is less noisy however they were doing construction and started early in the morning. The housekeeping even knocked on the door and tried coming in with the "do not disturb" sign up. The free breakfast is still a good deal and filling. The AC unit was broken (I just wanted to move the stale air of the room around) and when I told the front desk they said they don't fix the AC units until summer. So I ended up playing a game of opening the window for fresh air and closing the window because it was too cold. This made sleeping uncomfortable. Other than that the bed was comfy, the shower was hot, and there is a small fridge and small TV in the room.

most everything was very nice, including the room, breakfast, and the location. the one negative was the the hotel's claim to have transportation to the airport - the charge was 45 euros for 2 and at the last moment they gave the van to a higher payer - no class.

Our hotel stay was decent. The staff made the experience. They were warm, accommodating, welcoming and helpful. I expected more of the room but the hospitality of the staff made up in that regard.

Our stay at this hotel was the tail end of our 2.5 weeks vacation. we stayed 1 night there. walking distance from the Grand Market. the outside of the building is so-so but the inside was pretty nice. we had 2 rooms. they were clean. the hotel is about 3 miles from the train station. we came from London via Eurorail. we did the hop-on hop-off bus tour. the initial stop of the bus was close to the Grand Market.

Hotel is clean, just average but worth the money. Good location in city for walking

Expected higher quality, specially at breakfast, every day was the same. The hotel is noisy, but is pretty well located at downtown.

Location was great next to grand palace.. also next to parking.. lobby was nicely decorated for xmas and staff was friendly and polite. Rooms were in need of renovation.

I like the location of the hotel close for Grand place and others an addition to shopping malls, restaurants and Brussels train station

The location was ideal in the city center, the staff was friendly and helpful, the included breakfast was excellent and generous, and the included wi-fi was very dependable. The room a bit cramped but given the price quite acceptable.

I had one night in Brussels and the location of this hotel was perfect. Close to everything. I am definately going back for a longer stay. The hotel staff was very friendly.

This place has a great location for tourist. Located near everything cool

The hotel is old, but fair maintained. Location was just great. Close to EVERYTHING you want to see in Brussels.
