An excellent, and reasonable choice for those visiting for city to see the sights and enjoy the Xmas market. The staff was both helpful and very pleasant. My room was quiet and the security superb. I highly recommend!

Room was nice, but had an awful sewage smell in the bathroom. The bed was ok…not the warmest though. The food in the coffee shop was just ok. The location is amazing, which is probably why they can charge this rate at their quality. Overall, I had a great stay, but would try another spot next time for a bit more comfort.

Really pleasant stay and room was very clean and had all the mod cons needed. Hotel itself was well located and only a two minute walk from grand place. Didn’t eat here but breakfast was always busy so must be good if the locals eat here. Really enjoyed the stay overall and would stay again.

The reception staff were exceptional, always courteous and very helpful. The hotel room was spacious and clean with tea/coffee making facility. The location of the hotel was very good being in the centre of all main tourist sites. The breakfast provided by Lloyd Eatery not so great.
