Aqua Hotel Brussels

I stayed in this hotel for a week and was satisfied. The breakfast was good, the room was good and the also the location. The metro station Porte De Namur is really close so moving around Brussels is very easy

Nice hotel on quiet street. The street itself is unremarkable but is near to the Port de Namur metro station and shops round it, Louse and Rue Stephanie. Also not too far to walk / metro / tram to centre. The rooms are interior around courtyards so there is no traffic or other noise.

I am an Aqua client since many years and I try to get a room there every time I need to stay in Brussels. The staff is very friendly and I appreciate their efforts to fulfill my needs. The hotel is conveniently located for my urban transfer and often I can walk towars my destinations, even if the area closely surrounding the hotel is not the best one in town, especially at night.

Modern hotel, with excellent reception, modern bathroom and large room size, although the paint in the room could be refreshed. Nice breakfast, but I would have appreciated some fresh fruit. Quite location, but also close to restaurants

The hotel is just 4 stops from Gare Du Midi (line 2 or 6). It's close to metro station but walking into city centre is easy, about 15 minutes via Rue de Namur. There are restaurants nearby and plenty of shops. Reception staff are all friendly and very helpful; I did have to ask for assistance twice and on both occasions they provided excellent service. The room is a bit small but immaculately clean, the bathroom is a good size though. There is tea/coffee making facility plus a small fridge but it's not a mini bar service. The mattress is nice and firm which my husband prefers, he usually finds hotel mattresses too soft. However, the pillows are rather flat, we had to ask for extras. There are hot and cold food on offer for breakfast, it's not a big selection but they do try to provide a variety. We will choose this hotel If we go to Brussels again.

It was very cold in Brussels, but that should not be an excuse for not having proper temperature inside the hotel especially in the bathroom, the room and the corridors. The breakfast was ok, but not excellent. The best for me with this hotel was the location as it was near the place for my meeting.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the month of Feb 2018. First time for one night when I liked it a lot and then for 3 nights, I did not like a lot. Front desk staff is wonderful. Room comfortable. Beds nice. Bathroom Ok. Pillows lame and stained. Pillow cover clean. Breakfast included in price was good. Dining room staff-good. Cleaners-inefficient. On first day of my second visit, they forgot to put soap. Had to request front desk staff. Second day they did not change towels, did not replace shampoo and conditioner tubes, bathroom was not tidy. On the third day, towels were changed but they left the dirty towels. Water marks were not dried. Making of bed does not seems to be their job!. Location is OK-used Uber all the time. Second time we were in Room 306, it was quite noisy, insulation was not good. Is time, we had much quieter room.

Staff were very friendly and served one with a smile, always. The location was ideal for my meetings and walks during the late afternoon and evenings. The breakfast was good, there was basically two or more of everything so a good choice and plenty to keep one going until lunch or evening time. The room was very clean, comfy and quiet. The bathroom was functional and ok in size.

The hotel was very nice, spotless, and modern. The breakfast buffet had a variety of fruit, bread, warm food (scrambled eggs and sausage) and as much tea or coffee as you want. The location was not the best as it was off a busy street in a dark road, but the place was very quiet and at night the room was perfectly silent. I had a basement room, but it opened on a spacious internal space so there was no indication that you are beneath street level. The only shortcomings were the heating in the room kept switching off after 30 minutes (even at night) and the shower cubicle had no door and the water ran all over the floor without a drain.

A very nice and simple hotel to stay in Brussels. The rooms are good, calm and clean. The personnel of the hotel are smiling and always at your service. The quality/price is really good. For a 3* hotel, it is really at a higher level than the other I compared.
