The owner is very nice. The room is so clean and big and we did not expect that we have kitchenette and of course the beautiful view we have when looking at the window. We will definitely go back again and recommend to our friends. And the best thing, so close to brussels midi/zuid train station.

Convenient apartment for Eurostar Terminal

Very convenient for the Eurostar terminal. This area of Brussels is not the greatest but triple security getting into the block made it feel secure. Room was nice and convenient and could accommodate more than just the 2 of us. Very friendly welcome and as it is an apartment we worried a bit about an esrly checkout but it wasnt a problem. We really used it for a short stopover and an early start so didnt use all the facilities. Would come back again.

The space was amazingly generous and would comfortably host 6 adults. It was secure and close to the train station we traveled in and out of. The neighborhood was not touristy, and might not offer much for a family, but it is we located in Brussels.

Overall, our stay in the hotel has been pretty fantastic. The room was bigger than we thought, the beds are comfy, the sofa was surprisingly snug. Despite the fact that the space of the bathtub was a bit problematic to use, itā€™s great that the hotel has provided sufficient soap to use. The double huge windows were fantastic to maintain airflow. The staff were helpful as well.

The property was spacious, although being so close to the train station made it feel somewhat unsafe with some questionable characters approaching us outside the station. We had to be buzzed into the building to get to reception, and really had no idea where to go, until someone spoke to us in the stairs, so we followed the sound if the voice. The one key for our room also let us in to 2 doors to get there, so makes one question whether our room key was unique or not. Anyway, very friendly staff and we had a great sleep.

The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. It was after 8am, but we didn't expect that much noise on a Saturday morning.

The good: Hotel staff was very helpful (they called and arranged taxis), the unit had ample space and clean. Be prepared to speak French, Spanish, or possibly German with the staff (otherwise use Google translate). Security within the hotel/unit is very good. The bad: Stepping out of Midi station, the surrounding area is extremely sketchy. I did not feel safe walking around the Midi area and almost preferred to take a taxi directly from the hotel to Central station area or airport. If you are a tourist recommend staying closer to Bruxelles-Central or Manneken Pis area to enjoy the historic area. Brussels charges a tourist tax, for 2 people it was ~$45Euro. Tip: Taxi fare from Brussels airport to this hotel = $42Euro or you can use Uber (fare fluctuates based off time of day). We used the bus from airport + metro for our initial arrival.

They overcharged me at the property for ā€œcity taxā€. They asked for payment in cash and I overlooked the amount being charged to me in the moment. As of now, the hotel is unwilling to waive the refund request

Nice and spacious apartment in good location near Midi Station (shuttle from Charleroi) Nice staff Walking location from main sights - Communication was very difficult. They did not answer any messages and only 1/5 phonecalls. Staff did not speak english. Even when arriving late in the evening we were not sure if there was anyone to open the door for us. Finally there was. - Neighbourhood was very dirty, but not too loud. Nevertheless is was better location, than crowded tourist areas.

We were here for 1 night arriving during the air traffic control issue and this was a stop over for Eurostar. So limited exposure. The room we had was fine, it was clean but is well worn, you can see it in everything. Bed was comfy and for the few hours we were there it was fine, i wouldn't want to stay for any longer. The real downside is the local area it is horrific and i don't think that even does it justice. I'm not one to feel intimidated but this is bad gangs of men/youths hanging around, drug taking and selling in open view. If you remember Kings Cross London 25 years ago this area is worse than that. I cannot stress enough that hotel for a few hours may be fine but i wouldn't stay past that. I even considered just finding another place anywhere else but we had been travelling for 3 days. We left really early and sat in the station, which is 5min walk away as i felt safer in a station with at least security or police around.

Esta gente es lo peor son unos estafadores Te piden 1199y hasta 200 ā‚¬ de fianza, Y luego se inventa cualquier excusa para no devolverte el dinero hace dos dĆ­as estuve allĆ­ me han quitado mi fianza alegando que no se podĆ­a tener visitas aparte de todo yo te dan una habitaciĆ³n Fool de cosas adornos y 1000 cosas mĆ”s que hacen la situaciĆ³n un poco estresante incĆ³modo aparteLa recepciĆ³n queda justo al lado con lo cual todos los dĆ­as un ruido de gente llegando y saliendo de la oficina y cuando no es asĆ­ el apartamento del lado que es donde vive el seƱor que gerencia esto estĆ” entre y salga con una cara de amargura siempre haciĆ©ndote sentir sĆŗper mega incĆ³modo.. Creo que penSando Que yo no estaba allĆ­ ha llegado abrir la puerta en dos ocasiones
