The front desk clerks were nice to unfriendly. Poor communications about breakfasts, one French lady was not friendly when i explained i cannot hear. She would not communicate in writing so she was jerk. Three other hotel staff were friendly, cordial and helpful. Breakfast was good first 2 days then reduced to simple breakfasts for same amount of $$$.
There needs to have better instructions in a room regarding different information about trash situation. The housecleaning staff were upset that I was helpful leaving the trash outside in hallway. I was not aware i had to do. Overall, the stay was very good!
All staff need training how to adjust accessibility for non French speakers and captioning for people with hearing loss to read in captioning. They did not know how to help until one staff on 2nd day helped setting it up because others did not know to use accessibility features in TV!
