This property was beautifully decorated! It was so relaxing and we felt welcome as soon as we entered the front door.
We booked here because of the other reviews we have seen and we were nit disappointed in the least. When we arrived we were greeted and shown around. They offered refreshments and even had cakes made by Oprah Winfrey's chef whom happened to have been in town. DELICIOUS! Our room was very comfortable and nicely decorated as well. Highly recommend.
Very close to the river and walking distance to restaurants.

This b&b goes above and beyond what they need to provide. In addition to a great breakfast, they provided evening snack and even wine. Great staff, lovely outdoor porch and veranda, old-fashioned parlor and lots of charm. If you don’t need everything new and shiny, I would highly recommend this b&b, especially for the price!
I found the inn to be in a great location, but St Mary’s has little else to recommend it besides the ferry to Cumberland Island National Park. Two mornings I was served identical breakfasts, pancakes with fruit, cream and sausage patties. Staff seemed to forget keeping amenities available, but they were quite pleasant and helpful. The dining room is cramped and the sitting room seating is very old and hard. In general, the place is bursting with kitsch and could be updated.
