Perfect place to relax between flights. Excellent service, great food and very comfortable room. We make sure to stay on our way to and from London. Great base to explore what Brunei has to offer. Highly recommended.
I had great time stayed in this hotel and the hotel food is superb for me! Some of their staff are so friendly and helpful. Besides staying in this hotel, we do have an event happening in this hotel too. We've booked the accommodation together with the hotel meeting package as well. The banquet in-charge for our meeting package is Mr Dedi. He is very informative, helpful, accommodate and friendly. He helps a lot to make sure our event went smooth and well. Thank you so much Radisson Hotel, Brunei! ^^
Location of the hotel in central Bandar give walking access to several business and tourist places. The hotel provides basic facilities like swimming pool, restaurants , buffet breakfast and transport.

We came with the bus from Miri. Very easy to find and a short wqlk to the big mosque, the waterfront and the museum. Friendly staff and breakfast has a lot to offer. Pool... yes little, but do you expect an olympic pool? Thx radisson
Had a pleasant surprise when I received a welcome-back-thank-you note in my room on my first day. I would like to thank all Radisson Hotel Brunei staff and for the great service they have provided us over the last 6 days. Our event is a great success and we will be back again soon.
Most agree that the hotel has a very good central location--it's a few minutes' walk to the Royal Regalia Museum and History Centre, and a 15-minute walk to two of the top-rated restaurants. This is good as taxis are notoriously difficult to find once you leave your hotel (although most hotel desks will call one for you). The rooms are average, comfortable albeit a bit 'musty' in feel; some airing might help (windows don't open). However, we found (contrary to some visitors) the staff to be very helpful, friendly, and downright cheery! Both the coffeeshop staff and housekeeping were especially good-natured and friendly and made us feel like welcome guests. Amenities are average (standard Radisson standard) but below average for Asia where we are often spoiled with more upscale amenities, but one can't complain as the room was immaculate, the towels fresh and every time we returned to our room it was immaculate. The breakfast buffet was perfectly fine with an egg station but doesn't include such items as smoked salmon or soft cheeses (but really do you need these for breakfast?). At lunch, the local Asian dishes (mee goreng, beef guay teo) were delicious and good value. We'll definitely return.
This is a large hotel in a great location. We stayed two nights and found everything to be very clean and comfortable and the staff to be very helpful. The breakfast was included in our room rate and provided a great variety ensuring something for all tastes. There is no real night life in town so we ate our dinner in the hotel which was good and reasonably priced. We spent a full day seeing the city, which was sufficient as we covered all the attractions, we weren’t sure if a day would be enough but it was as the only thing we missed was the National park canopy walk which could have been another day.
Central location, lovely rooms, courteous service and very good food at the restaurant. The rooms are tastefully done up. Minimal but functional and the same goes for the bathroom. The staff is very kind and courteous.
Tidy rooms at reasonable price. Central location within walking distance to harbour, regalia museum, central mosques. Excellent front desk and restaurant service, with advice and help for us as tourists. Good, modern facilities, perfect for business travellers with upgrades to cover laundry, business facilities and breakfast. Excellent value, excellent staff.
