checking and checkout was smooth. A screen needs to be in place between the pool & breakfast area for privacy. When fitness classes are held around the swimming pool area ,tends to distract the guests when having meals

Very friendly, helpful and happy staff. Great food variety for buffet meals. Very clean rooms and modern. First stay in country I would recommend very highly. Walking distance to city central. Great location

I found the hotel great for the occasion (wedding) I was there for. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Wifi was good and the fitness facilities were above average. Only negative thing is that it's not close to any shopping or restaurant districts.

This is my 2nd time stay at this hotel since 5 months ago. Still prefer to stay this hotel with good facilities, good internet connection and always feel comfortable during my stay with the excellent staff around.

Another great Rad hotel, always a safe bet in any city - nice and central and only a short stroll to the river and the taxis to the water village. Hotel has all the usual refinements you'd expect but of course you can't get a beer...... well not here anyway ! There is a place ...... a taxi ride away ... PM me and I'll confirm 😜😎 A lovely city with gorgeous people who are very gentle and sociable. Top class.

Nice Hotel in a Quiet City, right in the city center, just a walk away from the capital's landmarks. Maximum suggested stay, though, for the city is 2-3 days, otherwise, you'll run out of things to do. It's an experience to be in the city, but not much places to go especially for night life but a children's park and starbucks. Almost anywhere you go, there are very kind and professional people, mostly Filipinos, so you will easily find your way...

two thumbs up! the meals are good, cakes are delicious, the water and toilet are very clean, bed is very comfortable, front office are nice, I didnt find any difficulties or something bad. Overall, it was a nice experience staying at Radisson Brunei

I had a short stay in Brunei to get away from the Australian Winter. I chose this hotel due to the good reviews and location. I was not disappointed. The location is perfect. 10 minutes or so walk to the center of town to purchase food/water. You can also stop along the way and see the Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque. There was a night market directly across from the hotel which was open a few nights of my stay. The food was amazing and so cheap. Less then $2AUS for a good, filling meal and drink. I had the offer to purchase a room and buffet breakfast upgrade upon check in. I purchased it and glad I did. The breakfast was really nice. Huge selection. I also had room service twice and the food was delicious and a very good price for hotel room service. I was given a map from reception which had walking/running tracks. As soon as you step outside the hotel, turn right and walk down the road for a few minutes. You will then see a sign for waterfalls. You turn right and keep walking, it does seem like a risky area with buildings fenced off and with barbwire. Not sure what the buildings were but it was safe. Keep walking and you will walk right into a forest which also has a huge waterfall. I loved walking here every morning. There's heaps of people out walking in the forest as well. The staff were friendly, hardly anyone was at the pool which i loved and you could also see monkeys in the trees whilst laying by the pool. Wifi was great. I had to login for work a couple of times and there was no issue. I also booked airport transfers through the hotel and everything was fine. I used the gym a couple of times and it was a good set up for a hotel gym. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, in front of the Galleria and walking distance to the city center. 3times shuttle bus service daily. Free minibar. As for Club Carlson Gold, got free breakfast. Hotel staff have high hospitality. One night is enough for city stay and recommend you to stay here.

I am a regular at the Raddison Hotel at Brunei. Every stay that I have been there, the experience has been good and has no glitches. The staff is excellent and takes care of their customers, especially check in and transportation to locations that I will be going.
