Cozy vacation home in Zeeland, Park De Kreek with WLAN

Completion of the renovation work on 12. 05. 2019.

Our newly renovated holiday home with 60 sqm living space is located in the Aquadeltapark / De Kreek, Konijnenberg 34 in landscaped park and near Grevelingensee and the marina of Bruinisse in the province of Zeeland on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland.

Our cottage is also isolated and fully equipped. There is also a travel cot and a high chair available. The travel cot can be placed in the upper bedroom.

On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, couch with pull-out sofa bed, 37 inch HD TV, satellite / cable TV, game collections, an adjacent fully equipped kitchen (combination coffee machine Senseo pads and filter coffee) stand fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Microwave and 2 plates electric stove (due to technical conversion currently only a 2 plate electric stove available) will be changed in the near future on 4 plates ceramic hob.

Dining area for 4 people, a bathroom and a bedroom. The bathroom with window, walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Furthermore, there is a hair dryer in the bathroom ready for you.

The bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds 80x200 cm, bedside table and wardrobe. The beds can be put together at any time. Available are duvets 135x200 cm and 40x80 cm pillows. Bed linen, towels and tea towels must be brought.

The upper bedroom is equipped with a double bed 180x200 cm, bedside table and wardrobe. There are also duvets 135x200 cm and pillows 40x80 cm. Bed linen must be brought.

Our cottage is designed with high quality vinyl floor, except the bathroom with tiles.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.

Adjacent (about 100 m) is a large playground with football field, volleyball court, table tennis, cable car, trampoline, slide, carousel. The center of Aquadelta is a 5-minute walk away. There is an indoor pool with slide, bowling alley, mini golf and tennis court. Snack bar with indoor playground, trampoline, restaurant, supermarket and bike rental.
Also available for a fee washing machines and dryers.

The newly designed Bruinisse Marina is also within walking distance.
The port city of Zierikzee is 14 km away, a town in the southeast of the island of Schouwen-Duiveland in the Dutch province of Zeeland.
The beautiful North Sea beaches such as Burg Haamsteede and Renesse are about 20 - 25 minutes away by car.

Diving center Scharendijke about 25 km (25 minutes) away
There is everything the diver heart desires, one can lend a complete equipment or just the bottle. It is also possible to go kitesurfing.

The neighboring house no. 32 can possibly be rented at the same time to z. B. to go on vacation together with friends.

Wir haben 10 Tage Urlaub in Bruinisse gemacht. Von hier sind wir z.B. in Brüssel und Brügge gewesen. Auch Rotterdamm und Antwerpen ist gut zu erreichen. Die Region Zeeland hat uns sehr gut gefallen, hier kann man einiges erleben und anschauen.

Klein aber fein . Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden . Möbel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen , vorallem die Sitzgruppe in der Küche. Bei Ankunft hat es im Bad sehr stark aus dem Abfluss gerochen, jedoch hat sich das nach ein wenig heißem Wasser erledigt. Lage direkt am Spielplatz ist grandios für die Kinder. Bei unserem Aufenthalt waren einige Kinder in der Anlage anwesend, was toll war um Freunde zu finden.

Man bekommt das, was man auf den Bildern sieht. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend vorhanden, nur einen weiteren größeren Topf hätten wir uns gewünscht. Kinderbett und Hochstuhl gab es in der Wohnung, nur an Kindergeschirr hat es gefehlt. Auch Spiele und Bücher für Groß und Klein waren da. Die Wohnung an sich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man in der einen oder anderen Ecke sieht, aber alles absolut im Rahmen. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war absolut top und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Frau Pritz ist super nett und reagiert umgehend auf Nachrichten. Auch der Check In war einwandfrei. Mit den Nachbarn hatten wir zeitweise etwas Pech. Sie waren starke Raucher und die Terrassen sind eng aneinander. So war ein Offenlassen der Terrassentür selten möglich. Direkt vor der Tür ist eine große Spielfläche mit anschließendem großen Spielplatz. Toll für Kinder. Von der Lage her liegt die Wohnung im hinteren Bereich des Sumnio Parkes Aquadelta und dadurch eher ruhig. Möchte man die Action vom Zentrum, erreicht man dieses aber innerhalb von weniger Minuten zu Fuß.

Es war alles vorhanden. Allerdings führt das Inserat mit "neu renoviert" etwas in die Irre. Die Renovierung war 2019, was man an manchen Stellen merkt.Aber wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Bruinisse genossen!

Das Haus war sauber, gut gepflegt und ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastronomie des Ferienparks ist in ein paar Minuten fußläufig bequem zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr entspannte und schöne Zeit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder zurückkommen.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Leider können wir die vorherigen Lobeshymnen auf dieses Feriendomizil nicht teilen. Es schien, als wären wir die ersten Mieter seit etlichen Monaten gewesen. Vor dem Haus lag sehr viel Schmutz und im Haus roch es bei der Ankunft sehr muffig. Den Duschabfluss mussten wir erstmal ordentlich durchspülen, da er sehr stank. Sonst war das Bad sauber. Im oberen Schlafzimmer lag sehr viel Staub und die Terrasse lud leider auch nicht zum Sitzen ein durch den Schmutz. Ansonsten bot das Haus ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen und an Kochutensilien war auch alles vorhanden.

Gelungener Kurzurlaub

Wir haben uns wohl im Haus gefühlt. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden, bis auf den Minibackofen, den könnte man gut brauchen (mal ein Brötche aufbacken u.a.). Die Lage innerhalb des Parks könnte besser sein.Die Umgebung im Park war sehr angenehm.
