The girl at the reception was so lovely to help my bag to carry upstairs … place is lovely very well located east walk to main square and central station only inconvenience is no elevators ….

Great location as you can walk from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to everywhere in town. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower and tv stations in English. I would highly recommend this hotel. Saturday market is in the square by the hotel and has great food.

We had a lovely (though overly short) experience with this hotel - first impressions are important and while the hotel itself looks perfectly nice and is very functional - the reception staff was wonderful and very helpful. This was especially important to us given my wife and I's neurotic anxiety about language. In any case - we would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel - it's being renovated and there are bound to be some rough edges but the location and staff make it magnificent.

We got there 10 mins before check-in and was told to go take a tour because the room wasn't ready. When asked when the room will be ready we were brushed off. Room itself was in the annex that did not have an elevator. There was no wifi in the room. Tub didn't have a shower curtain and was rather small because of the sloping ceiling. Throughout the night we heard sqeaking mice sounds which was unpleasant. Staff was not very helpful when we asked about the wifi they just said its broken. When we asked for another room because of all the stairs, they said no. The desk person offered us breakfast but we were leaving before breakfast opened so we asked about a dinner credit but she said no.

Ubicación excelente. Pequeño el espacio fe la habitación, poca iluminación
