On the ground floor there is space to put your bike and skis. Two flats, so everything is double! A lovely space to discuss the next active holiday day together. And also the possibility to retreat to your own accommodation for a while. Ideal for two families

The holiday home, located in the beautiful region of Salzburgerland is conveniently close to the well-known Zell am See
Grossglocknerstrasse offers a perfect base to explore the surrounding well-known regions
explore. From here, you can easily get to picturesque places such as Zell am
See, Kaprun and the Hohe Tauern National Park, which are all known for their
natural beauty and outdoor activities. The majestic Großglockner, the highest
Austria's mountain, dominates the horizon and offers fantastic opportunities for
rock climbing, hiking and skiing, depending on the season.
Moreover, its proximity to Salzburg airport is a great advantage for
holidaymakers. The excellent train connection is also a major perk of this region
