Definitely ‘historic ’ older home. Very nice home for older kiddos and adults but not great for littles. The only bathroom is upstairs and main floor is offset through doorway (tripping hazard)

The perfect spot in Brookings

My father and I chose to stay in Brookings during a recent ice-fishing trip. The house was perfect. It has a great kitchen, comfortable beds, and a very responsive host. Close to SDSU, restaurants, and a grocery store. We enjoyed the historic home and relaxed atmosphere.

Clean charming house in a quiet neighborhood

This house was very clean and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet for being so close to campus! Nice little amenities like a garage. It is an older house so I wondered if the upstairs would be drafty, but it wasn’t. Very reasonably priced.
