Charming 2-bedroom fishing cabin located near Lake Sam Rayburn

Nice cozy cabin with front porch water view of beautiful lake Sam Rayburn. Screened in back porch. Two bedrooms with queen size beds in both rooms. Living room has two futon couches that fold into full size beds with storage in the ottoman’s with linens and pillows in them. Golf course and Rayburn resort located 2 miles away. Rayburn resort marina located 4 miles away. Three boat ramps, including Umphrey pavilion within 5 miles. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Plenty of parking for two boats and vehicles, outside electrical outlets for charging, one is covered parking with lighting. 100 yards down the road as the community trail providing access to Lake Sam Rayburn. The trail is only to be used by ATV or on foot no vehicles allowed.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features 2 bedrooms. The cabin also includes a washing machine.

Tournament retreat

The little cabin was the perfect place to relax after our son’s high school fishing tournament Saturday. It was clean, well kept, and priced just right with the lake just steps away. The covered parking worked out perfect for storing the boat overnight. We’ll be back! Thanks again!
