No extra toilet paper. Had to ask for wash cloths. Room reaked of smoke woth burn marks everywhere. No blankets........ coffee pot in room with coffee but nothing else

This hotel was dirty,no towels in the room some ones shirt hanging in bathroom i had to clean my way in i will never stay at a super 8 by wyndam ever again .I also slept on top of bed because sheets were dirty. I give this place a NEGATIVE -10 stars its a dump.

It seemed more like this was a motel rather than a hotel. It also it looked like that was a spot for drug dealing specially towards the back of the hotel. We stayed in a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and in fact my 15 month son found a cigarette bud in the room. I would never recommend someone to stay here unless they love all the things mentioned before.

There was very, very, very little to like. When I first called to make a room reservation, the person at the desk said she could not give me a better rate, that I had to go online. After I tried that, and called back, someone else answered and told me she could have done that for me. That was nice of her, but too late for me. The carpet in room 122 was absolutely filthy. The room was so smokey, it was very hard to inhale. There were bugs crawling in the room. There was blood on the toilet seat in room 122. The television would stay on a channel for three minutes and then go to a black screen. I could still hear the program. The mattress was worn, and not fit for a good rest, not to mention, sleep.

My room only had 1 set of bathroom linen in it. I booked a room indicating 2 adults. When I went to get another set I was told they are out. Continental breakfast was a joke.

Very close to airport. Were only there for a very short stay before our flight the next morning, definitely would have checked out sooner if initially booked for more than one night. Cobwebs everywhere, stains all over the carpet, looked like they had started a renovation and then just gave up. Massive fraying where the carpet met floor near the bathroom. Didn't just feel old but everything felt dirty.

Our stay or I should say, not stay, was horrible. Check in was good. But the taking the elevator up to room & after that was HORRIBLE! The outside was dirty, walking down the hall to our room felt unsafe, then to get to our room was NOTHING like the pictures on the website. The bathroom was nasty & old, the smoke detector was hanging off the wall, we had a non smoking room but all up & down the hall was both so it smelled like smoke, the whole thing didn’t feel safe for us so we said, screw it, I don’t care if I lose out on money & left for a different hotel for the 2 night stay! NEVER AGAIN will we stay at a Howard Johnson hotel!!! Horrible!!!

every nite i had to re set my key be cuz it wouldn't work, shower and sink didn't have enough water pressure in it just small stream, first nite in we had to go down get pillow covers and towel bcuz we didn't have any in the room, Saturday nite no one cleaned the room or replace towels

Room had not finished being serviced. No shampoo and no pillow cases. Shower did not work properly. We already had to go down to the front desk once because our room had the wrong type of bed, so I didn't call back down because I figured that was the only room they had with the correct bed type.

I was in town for a convention and i chose this hotel based on location and not the worst reviews out there. I noticed upon arrival that this hotel was in very bad shape. The outside looked run down like it was under construction. First thing i noticed outside the car was the pool was closed and looked like it was never opened. Second thing was the lobby was decent and maintained which was a curve ball of what i was about to experience in the room. Upon entering the room there was dirty washclothes outside the door of my room. When I entered the room it was organized but the floor was stained and smelled like mildew in there. I took off the sheets and comforter off the bed to reveal cigarette burns on the the sheets and comforter. Non smoking room..... The carpet was stained all over the place. The tv was stuck on one channel had to go get 3 different remotes before i finally said i am done going to office. I would of left the property but there was no rooms available in a 50 mile radius due to the hall of fame game and the convention. So i was stuck and i will never ever stay there again!!!!!!

This hotel was dirty,no towels in the room some ones shirt hanging in bathroom i had to clean my way in i will never stay at a super 8 by wyndam ever again .I also slept on top of bed because sheets were dirty. I give this place a NEGATIVE -10 stars its a dump.
