This Presbytery cottage attaches to the award-winning heritage listed Outback Church Stay.It boasts the original baltic pine flooring against a background of century-old stone walls, Large King bedroom, modern kitchenette and bathroom with an eclectic mix of furniture. A large covered timber deck with barbeque facility greets you at the entrance to the Presbytery. Facing the stone pebbled courtyard and surrounded with beautiful tall grape toned grasses and succulents in the gardens. Also directly adjacent to the private and covered parking area.

Everything you need for a short stay

Quaint little presbytery accomodation that’s literally behind the church. Had everything needed(bar milk so BYO) for a couple of days and a really comfortable bed. Furniture/ furnishings a little on the old fashioned side but I guess that’s part of its character. Andrea was lovely to deal with and check in was easy. It is in South Broken Hill so you do need to drive to the main part of town but it’s not that far.

Lovely little place to stay in Broken Hill and it was perfect for what I needed. The bed was ultra comfortable and the turbo-charged shower set me up for the day. Elaine, the caretaker, is a real treasure and lovely person to talk to. All in all, I can recommend Church Stay.

Came here for work. Shower is a bit tricky to work! Luckily Billy knows how to turn the water on! Perhaps leave instructions in the bathroom🙏
