Modern kitchen with dishwasher and electric stove & oven, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning to every room.
Ideally located & set up for professional and trades people requiring longer stays.
Within a short drive to CBD.
Can sleep up to 6 people, bedding comprises of 2 x queen beds, 1 x double bed & 1 x standard single bed (single bed is in the walk-thru study) We do change linen colours to suit our work crews as we understand they don’t always like to have full white linen.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

The property is well equipped with everything you need and the beds are very comfy. However, the property is very tired and not in the nicest location. Not near central Broken Hill township - had to drive.
