We stayed at "Between Two Pines" for a long weekend to relax, explore the state park, and go fly fishing. The cabin (which is actually a luxury home) was exceptionally clean, and the management company was professional, easy to reach, and very responsive (note: we did not need to reach them while we were there; everything went smoothly). The photos in the listing are accurate, and the home is very nice with plenty of room while still being cozy.
A heads up, if you are accustomed to staying in rental homes: carefully read the list of items that are provided. They do not provide anything they do not list. Some of us have come to expect a few random items in rental properties – spices leftover from previous guests (of dubious quality), aluminum foil, pens, etc. The management company is very clear about what they provide, so this is not a negative against them or the listing – it's just something for future renters to be aware of. For example, bring your own salt & pepper!
The check-out procedures were reasonable and standard (take out trash, start dishwasher, start a load of towels in the washer). I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit the area again. And I always appreciate homes that allow dogs!
