Sleeping Arrangements:

Loft:
-The third bedroom is a loft. One side of the loft is open to the living room so there is limited privacy. See pictures for details.
-Please note that some areas of the loft have a low ceiling that may be hard for some people to navigate. See pictures for details.

-The dining table will fit six people comfortably.
-In addition to the dining table there is bar seating for two.

Location:
-The cabin is located on a hill and has a steep driveway. Four wheel drive or all wheel drive are recommended in order to safely navigate the driveway. Water, ice, snow and leaves can make the driveway slippery. Please book only if you are comfortable navigating the driveway.
-Due to the location on a hill, there is also some steep, uneven and unpaved terrain that must be navigated to get to some parts of the property including the fire pit.

-Please note that the filtered water tap shown in the kitchen photos has been removed. This unit was breaking down and causing issues for our guests, so we removed it to provide for a smoother guest experience. The tap water in the area is safe to drink.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Masons place was excellent. We had a toddler and the closed in porch made it great for her to play. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Would highly recommend staying here. Mason was quick to respond

My sister and I thought it would be fun to get together for a few days. A friend recommended the Beaver Bend area as a great out doors experience. Upon arrival we found the cabin to be perfect! Located very close to the park as well as local attractions. It was peaceful and so relaxing to just sit on the porch enjoying the beautiful trees and listening to the birds. We saw deer walk around the property in the early morning. The cabin was very comfortable, clean and attractive, just as described. Mason was quick to respond when I decided to bring my two small dogs at the last minute. The gates on the porch were very helpful in providing security for the dogs while we sat outside enjoying our coffee each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin and hope to come back for another visit soon.

Beautiful cabin, everything was so comfy. The provided coffee was a nice extra touch. The wrap around porch was great for relaxing & watching the deer and birds. The hot tub was hot & relaxing. Its a wonderful place to unwind and let the stress go, but close to great restaurants, shopping, hiking & fishing. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

If I could give this place 1,000,000 stars I would! It was super clean and the beds were so comfortable! It is secluded and the view was beautiful. The placement of the outdoor lights made it look so magical at night and like we were the only people in the county! The host checked on us regularly and was very kind and communicative. The hot tub was HUGE and so much fun. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the things you would need for your stay all you have to bring is food! He provides shampoo, conditioner and soap so in the event that you forget he has you covered. I am so grateful that we stumbled upon this little piece of heaven in the forest.

Regional Baseball Tournament

We were in Broken Bow area for a regional baseball tournament. There were 4 adults and 1 teenager. The 3 Queen beds were just perfect for us. I thoroughly enjoyed the porch. We had 2 deer, 1 squirrel and a blue jay visit. This place is was so quite and relaxing. I enjoyed listening to all the birds. It is very close to the lake.

This cabin is so cute! The porch is great for kids since it has gates to it! The beds were comfy and everything was so clean! I loved the open design and the kitchen was perfect! Also super close to everything you could want to do or need! Looking at rebooking for our fall friend getaway!
