*Optional pool heat: Available by request ($175/night through entire stay). Must be arranged 48+ hours before arrival. Target temp up to 84°F; heat time may be up to 12 hours. Rain or shine, there’s plenty to do without leaving the property. The upstairs game room hosts a pool table and air hockey while a tabletop Pac Man lives in the bunkroom. Outside, the fun continues across the expansive wraparound deck (three sides of the home) and second-story balcony.The first floor balcony has many outdoor games available for optimal group and family fun! After a day at the lake, sink into the hot tub, gather by the striking white-stone outdoor fireplace, and cap off the evening with s’mores at the backyard fire-pit. Warm days call for the show-stopping above-ground heated pool with a custom wraparound sun deck—kids can splash while adults lounge nearby. (Pool heat is available end of February through the end of November); please check dates and rules. Children must be supervised.

You’re close to everything Hochatown—restaurants, wineries/breweries, mini-golf, hiking, and the marinas for Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend—yet tucked away among the pines for quiet mornings and starry nights. Conifer Crossing Lodge blends upscale finishes with laid-back comfort, giving big groups the rare combo of space, privacy, and together time in one beautiful setting.

-Rural setting: You may see wildlife; please keep food/trash secured.
-Parking: Circle drive fits multiple vehicles and trailers/boats.
- We require a $300 credit card hold when renting this property

-Follow posted pool/hot tub rules; supervise children at all times

Starter supplies provided by housekeeping (not replenished):
1–2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom; 1 hand soap per bathroom; 2 bathroom trash bags per bathroom; shampoo/conditioner/body wash per shower; 1 paper towel roll; dish soap; 2 sponges; 4 dishwasher pods; a handful of tall kitchen trash bags; coffee pods + grounds for one pot + filters; starter creamer & sugar; salt & pepper; 1 small laundry detergent; 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (use as directed).

Fireplaces: Available Oct 1 – Mar 31.
Pest control: Scheduled quarterly; forest critters are possible.
Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages or other events outside our control—consider travel insurance.
Pool cleaning: Weekly; staff will need access for service.
Absolutely no smoking inside the home.
Check-in/out: Check-in 4:00 PM; check-out 10:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out (2 hours) may be available for $75 each—subject to availability; message to request.
