RETREAT
Beautifully designed two story cabin. One primary suite downstairs with king bed + full ensuite bathroom with sleek walk-in shower and large soaking tub. Located upstairs are four additional bedrooms, two bedrooms with a king beds and personal en-suites + TV for comfort and privacy. One bedroom has a queen bed and shared ensuite with the bunkroom + TV for comfort and privacy. Bunkroom with seating area and custom bunk design; 2 twin size beds + 2 full beds above. All bathrooms upstairs have tub/shower combos. Additional 1/2 bath located downstairs. Laundry Room w/stackable washer + dryer located on first floor.

ESCAPE
Large covered deck runs the back length of the cabin for seamless indoor-outdoor living with a container pool to enjoy the endless views. 8 person hot tub. Built in grill on the deck that is hard lined to propane for convenience. Just below the deck leads to a fire pit in the woods with plenty of room to gather around + seasonal creek. Guests will also have access to a private play-set + plenty of space for kids to run. Private, gravel driveway and parking spaces.

**Please be mindful that in the winter months: December- the end of February, the pools will be drained and not in use
**POOL FEE- non refundable
**Pool heater will not be in use for the months of June- September 1st
***We do our best to keep the pool temperature around 75-85 degrees. However we cannot guarantee the pool will be heated to a certain temperature. Heater to the pool is turned on day of arrival.
- If any mechanical items break or fail before or during your stay, we will work as quickly as possible to get things back in working order for you. However, we do not provide any refunds because of this. We do our best to notify you if a certain amenity is not in working order before your arrival.

Griff's Retreat is not pet-friendly, and guests are kindly reminded that bringing pets will result in eviction without a refund.

Griff's Retreat is managed by The Hills Cabins- a luxury portfolio of custom cabins in the exclusive development of Woodland Hills in Broken Bow, Oklahoma **After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Flies, Flies, and more Flies! Oh, and gnats!!

The house is beautiful! The pool was small but did the job. The playground was ok, but when two people are swinging the playground was swinging as well. But the main issue we noticed was flies and gnats! Soooooo many! And as a mom whose kids are terrified of flies and (apparently) gnats whenever they were mainly eating it was a problem. However, I will say there was a few fly swatters under the kitchen sink so that was helpful.

Solitude at its finest!

The cabin was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large enough to accommodate our big family and the property was beautiful. I don’t know that I would necessarily call these two critiques negative, but the creek wasn’t as accessible for the kids as we were expecting, and the 4 mile dirt road to the cabin was a little rough. That said, it was silent on the property so it’s a trade off. Overall, it was a great stay. Thanks!

Great stay for summer

Nice cabin for family and friends. perfect size for 6 dults and 6 kids. Kids enjoyed the pool all day thruout the stay. Must have for summer heat weather. Thank you!
