Gorgeous Cabin, Perfect Location

We were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped our cabin was for our stay. Everything was clean, well thought out and it made our stay even better than we planned. The area was quiet, close to several activities that we wanted to do with our kids and dogs. 10/10! We will definitely be back.

New Years in Broken Bow

Everything was a fun experience at the house and all around town. It would have been nice to have some curtains in the bunk room and bathrooms. Also the second entrance to the driveway could use repair as it has a huge sink hole and is washed out. My daughter didn't see either when she pulled and hit them both because the cleaning lady was still there with her truck thinking it was the wrong house.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
The cabin was really nice but the air conditioning upstairs was out and it's July, it was over 85 degrees upstairs. Vacana was very quick to send someone out about 2 hours after we checked in, the problem couldn't be fixed until after we would check out. Our only compensation was 1 box fan, we ended up having to book a hotel room for a couple of our family to sleep in during our stay.
