Enjoy the solitude of MIDNIGHT PINES RETREAT, tucked away in the towering pines of the Ouachita National Forest. Just 5 miles north from the heart of Hochatown allows for that peaceful getaway, yet close enough to all the fun Hochatown has to offer! Ideal for couples or small families. This beautiful cabin is 1100 sq.ft. with a covered wrap around porch, sitting on 1.24 acres, creates an unforgettable getaway experience. Just minutes away from Broken Bow Lake, Mountain Fork River and Beavers Bend State Park.

The living room features a comfortable sofa with a queen pullout bed, 65" smart TV, gas fireplace and two reclining chairs to cozy up and enjoy the fire and a show.

The kitchen, fully functional and ready for your culinary creations - Fully stocked with cookware, dishes, wine glasses, coffee maker, Keurig, large and small appliances, toaster, blender, and kids plates.

The master bedroom has a king bed (memory foam mattress), a smart TV, dresser, closet, lamps, fans and charging ports for phones.

The full bathroom is right off the bedroom with a shower, massive soaking tub, double vanity, towels, and hair dryer.

There is plenty of seating with four barstools around the expansive kitchen island and a dining table that seats four.

We supply an abundance of board games, card games, pillows and blankets, and covered patio seating!

The wrap-around deck boasts a hot tub, gas fireplace with seating for two and a set of rocking chairs. A smart TV is hung above the fireplace with views from the hot tub for your entertainment.

The fire pit area is secluded with pine trees towering over. Four Adirondack chairs and a swing for two allow for that unforgettable escape from the city ,as you can stargaze all night.

Things to note:

Firewood and a starter pack of s’mores ingredients provided!

Satellite internet available on the smart TV's to stream Netflix, Hulu, etc.

There is also a DVD player in the living room with DVD's for your enjoyment.

Hochatown is full of dirt roads, hills and rocky areas, please take it nice and slow while driving in. Roads leading up to the cabin are gravel.

Hochatown is a rapidly growing area, construction in or around is to be expected.

Security cameras/surveillance located on the front of the cabin facing the driveway and at the front entry door. It records audio/video 24/7.
There is also an Alexa device inside the cabin that can be unplugged.

A $200 deposit (temporary hold on your credit card) is required.

A signed rental agreement is required.

NO smoking inside the cabin. Doing so will result in retaining the security deposit, and fined extra charges for damages and cleaning. Smoke outside and dispose of butts responsibly.

No pets allowed.

No party or events.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

Amazing Cabin

The cabin was amazing. My wife and I booked this cabin for a long much needed weekend getaway to reconnect with each other and disconnect from everyone/everything else. We live in NE Texas, so we were looking for the perfect cabin for the two of us within short driving distance. This cabin did not disappoint. The cabin was so inviting and very well decorated. The king-sized bed was so comfortable, we slept like royalty. The hot tub was the perfect way to start the day and the outdoor firepit was a great way to wind down in the evening. It was very peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect getaway and much needed. It is also very close to all the amenities that the Broken Bow/Hochatown area have to offer. There are numerous restaurants and things to do within minutes as well as Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park. We will definitely be going back.

Very nice cabin in a new development. Just far enough from town to be quiet but not so far as to be out of the way. The cabin was well stocked and the hosts responded quickly to any questions. We have stayed in other cabins in the area and this is our favorite.

A Dream Yet Again!

This was my second time to stay at midnight pines. The first was on a girls trip and this time was with my husband. This cabin is perfect for both kinds of trips. It has everything you could need or want. We loved it so much we even tried extending our stay. I cannot wait to come back in October.

Perfect Getaway

Loved staying here for our 10 year anniversary. It was like escaping to a treehouse! The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Quiet morning and evenings to relax. We lucked out and were able to snag the property due to someone else's cancellation. This was our very first trip to the area. It was absolutely STUNNING!! It was everything in the pictures and more. Our two teens didn't even mind sleeping on the sleeper sofa because of how gorgeous the property was. The hot tub was perfect as was the fire pit area and cornhole boards. Brandon was so easy to communicate with. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

Fantastic Romantic Weekend Getaway

Beautiful Cabin and Wonderful Hosts

My wife and I booked our stay at Midnight Pines Retreat to celebrate our anniversary. The hosts are very thoughtful as the cabin itself is appointed with everything you'd need for a nice and relaxing stay. They are also great communicators answering all of our questions prior to arrival, and assisted with questions during our stay. Everything about the cabin was so inviting and relaxing. Upon entering, it has such a fresh smell, and everything was impeccably clean with great natural light that compliments the stylish and cozy decor. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the morning, and relaxing in the hot tub in the cool evening by the fireplace. We highly recommend Midnight Pines Retreat to anyone looking for a private and peaceful place to relax.

It's the perfect place to stay for a romantic getaway. From the cornhole game on the back porch, to the relaxing firepit at the house. Great out outdoor sitting area with a wonderful fireplace by the hot tub. Brandon and his wife very helpful and communicated so well with us. - great group. The cabin is stylish and very clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the traditional decorating styles, which made it terribly relaxing. The owners went above the call of duty to make us feel at home. I highly recommend this property. We were blessed to be the first couple to stay at the facility. My mother over, the past 30 years imbedded into us kids as we traveled we'd set a tradition in support of the hard work of the land owners. So pay this one FORWARD. I always like to support the local community and we had such a wonderful experience at Girls Gone Wine. So going forward, the exiting group selects a wine from a local vineyard and passes forward that warm welcoming because the owners have such a beautiful spirit.
