Tucked away on 37 acres in Broke Fordwich, The Wellness Farm is a secluded hideaway designed for rest, reconnection and restoration. Surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, and the untamed beauty of the Hunter Valley, our six private Villas offer couples and groups a luxurious escape immersed in nature.

Unwind in our Red Cedar Wood Panoramic Barrel Sauna, take a dip in the resort-style saltwater pool or outdoor hot tub under the stars, or refresh under the outdoor shower overlooking Yellow Rock. All wellness facilities are purpose-built and available exclusively for guest use.

Whether you’re planning a romantic weekend, a group getaway with friends, or simply craving a peaceful solo reset, The Wellness Farm offers a space to slow down and breathe deeply.

Each Villa features:

A spacious open-plan layout with luxury King bed (twin configuration available on request. To request 2 x single beds, please leave a note in your booking)

Private ensuite bathroom with shower (Villas 5 & 6 include a freestanding bath)

Well-equipped kitchenette with stovetop, combination microwave-oven, and utensils

Dining area and sitting space

Private patio with BBQ and mountain views

Access to the communal saltwater pool, Lakehouse yoga space, Cedar Wood Sauna, Hot Tub

Once you arrive, you may not want to leave – so we recommend bringing your weekend provisions and settling in for a truly restorative stay.

OCCUPANCY & CHILD SAFETY POLICY

Our villas have a strict maximum occupancy of 2 guests per villa, plus infants up to 2 years of age. At no time may the number of guests exceed the number confirmed in your booking. If unapproved additional guests are found staying during your visit, a $400 fee per extra guest will be charged to the main guest listed on the booking.





While we warmly welcome children of all ages, please note the following:

Children are included in our standard accommodation rates, based on existing bedding.

A complimentary porta-cot is available for children under the age of 2. Guests must supply their own linen and set up the cot themselves.

Our dam, lake, and hot tub are unfenced, and our villas are located on unfenced sections of the property — this must be considered when booking with young children.

For families travelling with children, we recommend booking the Hamptons Cottage or Serenity Homestead, as these are located within a fenced, private yard.

There are no baby gates or stair barriers provided.

Supervision of children around all areas of the property — including fireplaces, fire pits, stairs, balconies, the hot tub, pool, lake, dam, roads, and driveways — is strictly the responsibility of parents and guardians.

The Wellness Farm Broke accepts no responsibility for incidents that occur due to lack of supervision.

Please contact management before booking if you have any concerns regarding child safety or suitability. No refunds will be issued if the property is deemed unsuitable after check-in.





PARTY POLICY

Strictly no parties. At no time are parties allowed. If unapproved gatherings or parties are carried out during your visit, a $5000 fee will be charged to the main guest listed on the booking.



PET POLICY

Strictly no pets. At no time are pets allowed. If unapproved pets are found staying during your visit, a $750 fee per pet will be charged to the main guest listed on the booking.
