The quiet and cozy Nurdachhaus offers about 65 square meters of living space for up to 4 people and has a large garden for own use and a beautiful sun terrace. The property borders directly on the castle pond, because of the unsecured access the use of the house is only suitable for families with children from 6 years. On the ground floor there is the sunny living-dining area with satellite TV, the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and a fridge-freezer as well as the bathroom with tub. A narrow spiral staircase takes you to the upper floor. There is a bedroom with a double bed (160cm wide) and an open sleeping area with 2 single beds. The beach and the sea can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. A reserved parking space is in front of the property, you can also drive and load the car directly in front of the house. Due to the narrow spiral staircase to the bedrooms and the unsecured access to the castle pond, the house is not suitable for a family with small children!Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price, but can be hired from the tourist information for a fee of € 15 per person.
