Silvesterurlaub mit Freunden

Wir waren mit insgesamt 5 Kindern und 6 Erwachsenen in dem Objekt.Lage ist ruhig, in der Umgebung sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, jedoch nicht fußläufig. Ansonsten ist es ruhig, kein Touristen Hotspot. Meer ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und in Sichtweite.Das Objekt ist zum Teil schon in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber anscheinend gerade sukzessive erneuert. Möbel sind zum Teil bereits ausgetauscht und die Sauna ist neu. Das Außengelände ist großzügig und bietet Platz für die Kids zum spielen. Der Badezuber ist sauber und funktionsfähig.Die Betten sind in Ordnung. Bäder sind ok, mehr aber nicht. Es gibt ein Einzelzimmer mit Dusche und das 4er Hochbettzimmer. Die anderen Zimmer sind miteinander verbunden, so dass alles Durchgangszimmer sind. In den Durchgangszimmern befindet sich ein weiteres Bad und ein Bad ist vom Wohnzimmer zugänglich.Die Küche ist klein, jedoch auch für unsere Anzahl ausreichend gewesen. Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden.Können das Objekt für ruhigen Erholungsurlaub empfehlen.

Eines möchte ich gerne vorwegschicken: Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt in dem Haus!Und doch möchte ich einiges anmerken:- das Haus ist okay für max. 6 Personen. Es sind 10 Betten vorhanden, aber damit wäre es arg eng. Man braucht 2 große und 6 normale Laken. Die Betten sind nicht mehr gut in Schuss. - es müssen eigene Darts mit Soft Tip mitgebracht werden und die Dartscheibe lief nicht richtig. Der Kicker ist sehr klapprig. - die Wellness-Dusche funktioniert nicht, es geht lediglich die normale Duschfunktion (und der Duschschlauch sollte dringend getauscht werden). - das Grundstück ist im Moment nicht komplett eingezäunt und der Blick auf den Fjord ist minimal zwischen 2 Häusern hindurch :)- die Sauna ist gut und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. - es sind keine Anleitungen für Fußbodenheizung, Sauna, Dusche, Außenpool vorhanden. Fazit: Wer auf Spiel, Spaß und Wellness Wert legt, ist hier evtl. nicht gut aufgehoben. Für alle anderen: Man kann es sich gemütlich machen und ein paar schöne Tage verleben!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten für 10 Personen sind nur leider sehr eingeschränkt. Andere Sachen z.B. in der Küche für 10 Personen sind okay.Die Küche ist zum Vorbereiten für mehrere Personen etwas eng.

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Was nicht so optimal ist, ist die Raumaufteilung ( Durchgangzimmer ). Außerdem fanden wir die Betten recht schmal. Vorfallen das Klappsofa.
