Although in a good part of Broadstairs we were very disappointed with a number of aspects.1. Nowhere on your website was there a correct photo of the property showing the the apartment was on the 3rd floor and we were unaware that we - both over 80 - would have to climb with immense difficulty getting up the many steep stairs with our luggage. It also therefore restricted how often we felt like going out for a walk. It was only when receiving final confirmation of booking that it was indicated that it was apartment 3 - otherwise just listed as street number2. The bathroom light pull cord was very erratic - having to be tugged very hard several times before working3. The cistern in the toilet made high pitched sound which had to be found and dealt with4. The fridge freezer obviously quite old. Door not entirely shutting and hence huge build up of ice5. No razor or toothbrush charging points6. The shower floor very slippery On a very much more positive note the host did come rushing down to Broadstairs to see us and try to sort things and he arranged for the cleaner’s son to come to help get our luggage down for us. However we think some thoughts need to be given to the points we raised.It is in a very nice position on Eastern Esplanade with nice sea view and just could be so much better still
