Broadstairs is a beautiful traditional Dickensian seaside town with easy access to Viking Bay, Joss Bay and Botany Bay to name a few. There are an abundance of independent shops and galleries, live music, coffee shops, ice cream parlours, unique bars, traditional pubs, authentic Fish and Chip shops and an arcade! The numerous restaurants in Broadstairs are some of the best in Kent so perfect for a night of quality dining choices.

TRAINS
Broadstairs railway station is easily accessible directly from many London stations including Victoria, Charing Cross, London Bridge, Waterloo East and St Pancras International without changing trains. Journey time is from 1 hour and 25 mins. Broadstairs Station is under 10 minutes walk from the apartment or 2 minutes in a taxi. Other nearby towns easily accessible from Broadstairs by train include Margate, Ramsgate, Herne Bay and Whitstable.
LOCAL LOOP BUSES
The Stagecoach ‘Loop’ bus is a circular shuttle service between Ramsgate, Westwood Cross shopping centre, Margate and Broadstairs. It runs approx. every 10min throughout the day and the loop takes about 1 hour 20 minutes to complete. Westwood Cross takes about 45 minutes on the loop, about the same as the walking time! Nearest stops to the apartment are located on the High St.
TAXIS AND CAR HIRE
Taxis and rental cars are easily available locally. Thanet Cars are conveniently located on the High St.
PARKING
Crofts place Car Park is handy for loading/unloading as its right beside the apartment but is limited to 4 hours max stay. Although if you pay for 6pm - 10pm you can leave it overnight so long as you move the car or repay from 7am.
Longer term paid parking is available at Vere Road - its £7.50 per day max 7 days.
RingGo parking payment app is commonly used throughout the area so could be worth having on your phone before you get here.
For free and unrestricted on-street parking both Eastern and Western Esplanades are worth a look. Both are 5-15 mins walk from the apartment depending on where exactly you find a spot.
One more suggestion for free on -street is Pierremont Avenue - also about 3 mins walk from the apartment.

Happy holidays
The appartment was great & had all that you would need for a holiday. It was also well situated near the shops , restaurants & just a 5 - 10min walk to Viking bay.
We really enjoyed our stay & would recommend this appartment to anyone want to stay in Broadstairs

Terrific comfy flat, convenient location
The flat was terrific, comfortable and lots of room. Sun terrace was spectacular, and within easy walking distance to all amenities, including the beach. Broadstairs is lively without being too loud or crowded. We had a fantastic 10 days there.
