Exceptional location, almost right next to the ski slope and near the center of Brixen and the gondola, this apartment is a comfy pad for all the skiers.. You can destress your tired nerves after a fun day skiing down the slopes, in the sauna installed.

This recently renovated house is located on the sunny side of Brixen. Due to its location, slightly above the village, you have a beautiful view of the already impressive surroundings. In the summer you can enjoy hiking and cycling here. The center of Brixen can be reached on foot. When there is enough snow, you can put on your skis from the front door and ski to the nearby piste, from where you can easily reach the ski area of ??Brixen and Westendorf.

The compact (40 m²), comfortable home is located on the 1st floor. From the south-facing balcony, you have a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. Ski Storage makes for a great place to store your ski equipment, tidy and dry. Heating and Air-conditioning are also available.
Each apartment is individually furnished and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Each apartment also includes a coffee maker.
