Our house 'Waldhof' is located on a sunny plateau, in the middle of the two well-known holiday resorts of Brixen im Thale and Westendorf. The house is on a hill with a quiet location on the edge of the forest, where you can forget the hectic pace and stress of everyday life.

Surrounded by the picturesque mountains of the Kitzbüheler Alpen, there are numerous opportunities to spend your free time. The house is only a few minutes by car from the gondola stations Brixen im Thale and Westendorf, which belong to Austria's largest connected ski area, the 'Wilder Kaiser / Brixental' ski area.
The last 250m to the holiday property is on a steeper access road, so we recommend that you bring winter tires and snow chains with you in winter driving conditions.

In the summer months you have the unique opportunity to take advantage of our newly created swimming pond after a mountain bike tour or hike in the surrounding mountains, where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature in a unique atmosphere and recharge your batteries.
Another highlight, especially for golfers, is the new championship golf course (18 holes, par 72) with a total length of 5,920m in Westendorf.

Fabulous vacation!

My family and I just returned from a wonderful vacation in the Brixental. The property hosts, Stefan and Angelica welcomed our crew of 12 with open arms! They made us feel like we were at home and were available if and when we needed. The house is beautiful, very clean and well maintained, fully equipped, the pool stunning, and all this in an amazing location. A perfect spot for a family vacation!!

We hebben het goed gehad in Haus Waldhof. Het huis ligt op een prachtige locatie tussen Westendorp en Brixen im Thale in waar we onze boodschappen konden doen. En iedere ochtend stonden onze bestelde broodjes klaar. Hoe fijn.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft auch im Sommer

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr positiv fanden wir die etwas in die Jahre gekommen Fliesen in den Badezimmern. Das hat den Charme sehr abgerundet. Auf beiden Etagen gibt es jeweils ein Männer- und ein -Frauenklo und fünf voneinander getrennte Duschen. In jedem Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Waschbecken mit Spiegel. So muss niemand anstehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub mit Ausblick und Schwimmteich

Der Ausblick und Schwimmteich sind definitiv die Highlights des Apartments! Zudem ist die Ferienwohnung sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub mit Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Die Bäder im Haus sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das tut keinen Abbruch. Auch wenn man sich die Außenanlage und Haus mit den Vermieterin teilt, muss man keine Angst haben, dass die Vermieter morgens am Frühstückstisch sitzen. Sehr nette Vermieter, die man auch mal zu Wander- und Restaurant Tipps fragen. Perfekte Ausgangslage zum Wandern, Sonnen am Schwimmteich und gute Zeit mit Freunden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Familienurlaub mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Unser Familienurlaub mit 12 Personen war sehr schön. Die Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind super und alles gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Gastgeber sehr nett. Tolle ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man braucht. Sanitäre Anlagen war auch sehr sauber, aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, was nicht weiter schlimm ist.

Eine tolle Skiwoche :)

Wir waren als eine Gruppe von 12 Erwachsenen und Kindern zum Skifahren in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist top, da man morgens und am Nachmittag einen tollen Blick vom Berg hat und schnell bei der Gondel und dem Supermarkt ist. Das große Esszimmer bietet genug Platz für die ganze Truppe und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für das letzte Stück zum Haus braucht man eventuell Schneeketten - das war bei uns tages(zeit)abhängig. Absolute empfehlenswert :)

Tolles Haus in toller Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr groß und gut aufgeteilt. Die Küche ist modern und vollständig ausgestattet und die Gemeinschaftsräume (Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer) bieten ausreichend Platz für die ganze Gruppe. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und die Betten bequem. Durch die vielen Duschen und Toiletten (das Haus ist eine ehemalige Pension) entsteht nie "Stau". Der schön gepflegte Garten und der herrliche Badeteich sind ein Genuss für die ganze Familie. Das Haus verfügt über einen großen Abstellraum für Fahrräder. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind knapp 2 km entfernt. Da die sehr freundlichen Vermieter auf dem selben Grundstück wohnen, eignet sich das Objekt eher für eine große bzw. mehrere Familien zusammen als für eine alkoholgesättigte Partytruppe. Insgesamt genau das, was wir uns erhofft hatten - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Ferienhaus

Unser Urlaub im Haus Waldhotels war sehr schön. Das Haus war sehr sauber und riesengroß! Besonders der große Schwimmpool hat uns viel Freude bereitet. Wir haben von den Vermietern viel Auskunft über Freizeitangebote bekommen! Großartiger Sommerurlaub für die ganze Familie

Wir waren mit drei Familien und einigen Kindern für eine Woche in dem Haus und hatten alle ein einmalige Zeit! Der Schwimmteich wurde ausgiebig genutzt! Das größte Problem war, dass die Kindern nie weg wollten, weil es dort schon zu schön war. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern und auch zu dem Sohn und seiner Familie, die im Hinterhaus wohnen, war sehr herzlich und angenehm. Wir hatten alle Freiheiten! Da wir nicht direkt einziehen konnten, werden wir wohl wiederkommen. Danke!
