Excellent Hotels.com customer care that tried to solve some issues, but still the accomodation (among the cheapest in town) is far from the best solution.
We received instruction about the flat just few hours before arriving, and we realized that bath towels were not included (in the site description they were). Linens and blanked provided were dirty, so we called the owner to change them (actually they changed, because they were f***in dirty). Double bed is not suitable for tall people, as it's very little.
Heaters were not working, as an error was displayed on the boiler, so the flat was cold.
Owner pretends whatsapp answers when a negative feedback is released on the site, but actually I have never got answers related on a partial refund for the towels issue.
