About Perfectly located right across from Home Beach, reached by a short walk through a little beach track, Apt 12 offers a resort retreat a few minutes stroll to everything you need (the Straddie Pub, Bowls Club, Chillers Café, and lots more.) Nestled in a spectacular natural setting, kangaroos and their joeys, curlews, kookaburras, and all sorts of Straddie birdlife are regular visitors in the gardens and balcony of Apt 12. The spacious front balcony is private with Spanish style arches framing the vista towards Home Beach overlooking the pool, beautifully maintained gardens and recently renewed tennis/basketball courts. The front bedroom/balcony view is of the gardens and pool, and the outlook from the larger second bedroom/balcony features Straddie’s natural bushland surround.

Spacious and well-equipped
Bigger than it looks in the photos! Bright and cosy with a well equipped kitchen and we were surprised by the second shower. The pool area is lovely… the water too cold for though! We had a couple of questions and issues and Jenny and Nick were very helpful.

We love staying at this apartment. We’ve stayed a number of times now. Perfect for a small family. It’s spacious. No fuss. Good location to a nearby coffee shop and the beach. Great pool. Will go back again.

Nice apartment in good location
This is a nice 2 bedroom appartment with 2 showers, and a nice spacious balcony . It’s a nice short walk to cafes, the beach and the pub
Quiet stunning setting . Everything you need except WiFi and phone reception .
very happy with the place. I should have been told or the ad should say its in a black spot. Ie no phone coverage at all . Aside from that however. I loved it . My daughter however had an uncomfortable bed . Springs in the ribs . Need a new mattress .not really good .if you rent a double room at least have two good beds . Mine was OK. I still give it 5 stars .my daughter said only because of the mattress a 3 room 12 the islander resort .

Great Holiday
Spacious Unit. However, being on 2nd floor it probably needs this to be mentioned. Everything in the unit you would want. Because we were there in February it was extremely hot. Great to have fans and air-con in bedrooms but surely needs one in lounge. Great pool and surrounds well kept.
