Looks can be deceiving!!!

Bad location in the way of the actual studio in the apartment complex itself - was facing the street and a round about and invading the privacy of surrounding homes . False advertising as it’s called Sutton’s Beach so we expected the balcony to be facing the beach for views that were presented in the brochure .

The apartment and bed was comfortable and the apartment was nice and clean. You'd never want to use the BBQ. It was ancient and rusty. No service as it's not staffed. The booking added on a credit card surcharge that we did not see online and the receipt did not include it!

Filthy. Definitely not value for money, then had to justify to the agent that I was telling truth via photos. Hair all over floor, in cutlery draws, dirty clothes incl knickers in dresser. Shop around you can do a whole lot better.

Poor

Going away was a last minute decision and we weren't warned by hotels.com that the key was to be picked up elsewhere, so we spent nearly and hour getting into our room. Not pleased after a 3 hour drive. My first impression of the room was it looked like 3 children had been jumping on the bed. The place mats were just chucked underneath the table. An oven was provided and sat on an odd piece of furniture. the BBQ was mouldy and still had the previous tenants food on the hotplate. Overall very dissapointing and not impressed with hotels.com
