Sunshine Filled Beach Escape

Beautifully styled with quality furniture throughout, Palm Beach @ Amity will appeal to groups and families looking to spend quality time together in the spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge, toaster, kettle, an electric oven and cooktop, along with all the dinnerware and utensils you would need to cook up a storm. The beautiful stone benchtops double as a breakfast bar with stool seating for guests to congregate around the kitchen while preparing meals. The living area offers a comfortable seating area in front of the smart TV so guests can log into their Netflix or Stan accounts for indoor entertainment. Free WiFi is provided throughout your stay.

The sliding glass doors open out to an expansive, undercover entertainers deck which wraps around the back of the house offering extra spaces for guests to sit and enjoy the wonderful ambience of the bush lining the back boundary of this property.

Bedding configuration consists of the following:

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Tri-bunk with Double Trundle Bed

Comfort is assured with a split system air-conditioner in the living area and all three bedrooms and ceiling fans in the king and queen bedrooms.

The bathroom is modern and stylish with a large walk-in shower with rain head, double vanities and a separate toilet. There is a second toilet off the back deck and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash away the salt and sand after a day at the beach.

The internal laundry offers a top loader washing machine and dryer and there is ample off-street parking including a single carport. The fire pit down the back is another space guests can kick back and enjoy the clear night skies during those cooler months. A BBQ is available on the deck and you can enjoy a meal around the outdoor dining set.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.
