*** PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS APPARTMENT UNTIL YOU CONFIRM THE LIFT IS WORKING ***This appartment is on the 5th floor, so 10 flights of stairs (using the fire escape) up and down each and every time you want to leave the appartment. Even when you need to take the rubbish down.Now travelling with a 5yr old and a 1yr old, traversing up and down the stairs over and over was not enjoyable, not to mention lugging all our luggage up the stairs and back down on departure.The appartment is nice and in an excellent location, with a great view, but without a working lift, it is not an enjoyable place to stay.I did reach out to the booking agent and they simply ignored the fact that they didnt disclose the lift wasnt working. Their argument was that the didnt say the property had a lift so they didnt need to tell you it wasnt working.The lift has not worked since May 2025 and will not be fixed until mid 2026 - this is direct advice from the owners living in the appartment block.The property could also do with a good thorough deep clean and fixing a lot of small maintenance issues that need to be attended to.*** Save your money, pay a little extra and stay at Mon Komo nextdoor ***
