We stayed for two evenings and had a pleasant stay at the apartments. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was of a very reasonable size. The outdoor pool was very nice with a hot tub too. Fairly good location, about 30 min walk to streets beach, 20 mins to queens mall.

The apartment looks much bigger in the photos. There was only one air conditioner for the whole apartment so we had to leave the doors open but this was difficult as they kept swinging shut. The en-suite bathroom had 4 or 5 cracked and broken tiles. The balcony is a good size and has one from the main bedroom but seems a waste of space as there is no apparent use for it. The kitchen was well appointed and a good size. The apartment itself was noisy so not good for a restful nights sleep. The location is handy for Woolworths and a bottle shop as well as a coffee shop or two. The staff upon leaving were very helpful but when we arrived I think they weren't so happy to see us. Not the most welcoming staff I have met. Only a two seater sofa for a family of four. So no more than 2 guests can watch the tv comfortably.!! There is no indoor pool or outdoor pool. It's an indoor/outdoor pool, but this wasn't mentioned on the website. Its a good size and the gym and spa are adequate. Good for business or a few days but anything more than that and I wouldn't be so happy.

This is my 4th stay at these apartments and my go-to place whenever I’m staying in Brisbane. Having lived in Brisbane many years ago I travel back and forth constantly and have stayed in many apartments and hotels until I found this gem. The apartments are spacious and generous with a full kitchen and a balcony. I’ve stayed here with a friend twice and we get the 2 bedroom apartment which also has 2 bathrooms so is perfect for 2 women getting ready for a night out. We can spread out without annoying each other. The pool area is clean and well appointed. It’s open until 10pm so we went swimming in the mornings and evenings. Nothing better than a spa with a view in the evening. We walked everywhere (except Southbank) which was so handy. It’s close enough to walk to the Queen street mall, The riverside restaurants, Fortitude Valley and the best part is that Woollies and Priceline are just downstairs so we could stock up on food and not eat out for breakfast and lunch which saves so much money. Our friends would drive in and visit us and there’s free parking after 7pm right outside so they love it when we stay there too. I definitely recommend this place!

The apartment was very roomy, open and airy. It had good views and a good sized balcony. The two bathrooms were essential with four adults getting ready at the same time. Right next door is a small shopping village which was very convenient and the free wifi worked well. My only complaint was that the beds were quite firm.

I had a meeting at the Novotel and did not want to stay in a Hotel. Republic apartments are very convenient, near to a Woolworths, Wine Cellars and a few convenient shops as well as a gym and a dentist next door. Lots of parking nearby and within the apartment block itself. The apartments are well equipped with kitchen utensils. There is free internet, foxtell channels and laundry inside, so i couldn't have looked for anything better. The apartment that i stayed in in level 14, was very clean and had good views and balcony. The only criticism i have is that housekeeping is only provided on Thursdays - which is fine but i think cleaning stuff should be provided to clean mirrors for example, and this is just a minor criticism, otherwise i loved staying here and would recommend other people as well.

3 bedroom we had for 7 days did the job but not large .Only one Airconditioner in the kitchen, dining lounge room .Would not like to stay in in the peak of summer as bedrooms would be hot .Our unit needed repairs ,shower hose ,toilet holder ,no bath or basin plugs ,just little things and need new quality TV . Good things - not far from City centre ,Woolworths about 300 metres away very handy, nice balcony and could see the fireworks at EKKA going off twice a night . Free undercover parking and that great .We would stay here again .Housekeeping is only once a week I believe

We booked online and received instructions for the outof hours key safe. Upon arrival at 9pm there were no keys in the safe. Waited 20 mins for management to let us into reception then another 20 min interrogation to get our room key. We had fully paid for both nights, reception said we had only paid for one then realised their error. AFter a total 40 minutes of being stuffed around we finally received the sorry word upon leaving reception. Never again, rude and unhelpful. Room OK Position of hotel good.

The apartment was ok, needs updating and kitchen utensils replacing as plastic was melted on 2 of the utensils. The shower was very hot and could not control the water temp. We found it to be very noisy with the traffic 24/7 and work site opposite starting work at 5 am. The apartment is central to everything and a supermarket just next door which was good.Pool was closed and notice said it would re open before we departed but never did which was a shame.

Very good appartments. Excellent location. Great appartments central location. Staff were just ok and had an extra cost per day for parking. Otherwise very happy. Groceries, chemist and takeaways at ground floor.

The location is great, especially if you don't have your own transport. Walking distance to the Central Train Station, the city and the river front. The only downers were we were in room 606 which is directly above the pool area so we heard the spa going on and off at all hours and the Ambulance station is on that side of the building so sirens go at all hours of the night. The actual room facilities are perfect and the apartments are very spacious and affordable. We will visit again
