Welcome to our private guest suite, located within our family home in a peaceful residential neighbourhood.

The guest area has its own entrance and is separated from our main living areas. It includes two bedrooms, a private bathroom and separate toilet, plus kitchenette/laundry facilities.

The sunroom is accessed via the backyard rather than directly from the guest suite.

We live on the property in a separate part of the house and are available if you need assistance or have any questions during your stay. We are happy to provide local recommendations or help with anything you may need.

At the same time, we respect our guests' privacy. Unless you need us, we will leave you to enjoy your stay uninterrupted.

- This is a private guest suite within our family home. Guests have their own entrance and dedicated guest areas, but there is no access to the main part of the house.
- Please note that there is no full kitchen.
- This is a quiet, family-oriented residential home. Please respect our neighbours at all times.
- Quiet hours are strictly from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. No loud music or outdoor noise during this time.
- Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly not permitted.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
- The property is not suitable for large groups or social events.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the guest suite or indoors anywhere on the property. A $500 additional cleaning charge will apply if smoking or vaping occurs indoors.
- Glitter, confetti and the use of hair dye are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If this rule is breached, an additional cleaning charge of at least $150 will apply. Guests will also be responsible for any additional specialist cleaning, repair or replacement costs resulting from glitter, confetti or hair-dye stains.
- Guests must keep shared outdoor areas clean and tidy after use.
- The swimming pool is shared woth hosts family and must be used responsibly; children must be supervised at all times.
- Security cameras are located around the perimeter of the property, including the swimming pool area. By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to the presence of these cameras.
- We reserve the right to decline accommodation or end a stay immediately if house rules are not respected.
- Check-in and check-out times must be strictly observed unless otherwise agreed in advance.
