This is an older property and as such was not as pristine and sleek as a new, modern property BUT it was clean, well stocked with crockery, cutlery, linen, towels etc. It is great value for money. It has a big back garden which is completely fenced so safe for children or dogs to play. There is a good sized gazebo out the back too with a table and chairs which seats 6. It is a 3 bedroom property that could sleep 5 easily. It is dog friendly and we loved the fact that the living areas were all tiled, so easy to mop after trips to the beach. And the beach! Right across the road is a beautiful off leash dog beach. We visited it every day and had lots of lovely chats with other dog people. Our dogs loved meeting new friends and checking out new smells.
Every evening a mob of kangaroos took up residence directly across the road from us on a grassy strip.
Bribie Island has a variety of little suburbs. This property is in Woorim which is lovely. It is not the central area where the main shops and supermarkets are but it has its own IGA, butcher, bakery etc. There is even a dog groomer and a ladies dress shop. What more could we want.
This is a great property if you are looking for a relaxed, family holiday. I would definitely book it again.
