The Belvedere sunsets are a 5-minute drive.

This self-contained upstairs studio is the brightest in our collection — with generous windows that fill the space with natural light throughout the day.

It has its own private external staircase leading to a private deck, reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Access is via a smart lock with 24-hour self check-in — your entry is completely independent from the rest of the building.

You`ll have complimentary use of our shared laundry — equipped with top and front loaders, a heat pump dryer, and complimentary detergent.

We provide tea, coffee, body wash, shampoo and conditioner as standard.
A hair dryer, iron and ironing board, toothbrush and toothpaste, and additional kitchen items such as a rice cooker are available on request — just ask.

The studio is part of a small collection of self-contained apartments within our classic weatherboard Queenslander.

Each space has its own private entry — you won`t share any living areas with other guests.

Dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi included.

You have your own private external staircase and deck — accessed entirely independently from ground level.

You also have access to the shared laundry and the grassy backyard.

All studios share the Queenslander building with access via Langdon Avenue.

Each has a fully separate private entry — you won`t pass through any shared indoor spaces.

We`re nearby if you need anything at all — and equally happy to leave you to enjoy your own space.

Studio 3 is an upstairs space accessed via external stairs — please keep this in mind if mobility is a consideration.

We are pet-friendly across our property.
Please note that Studio 3`s private deck is an elevated outdoor space — it may not be suitable for all dogs.

The grassy backyard is available for supervised dog time.

As with many coastal character weatherboard buildings, some noise travels between spaces.
We ask all guests to be mindful of noise after 8pm — this applies to music, TV volume, and pets.
