Large beachside house in quiet bush surroundings
This house is in a quiet street in the Flinders Beach community, very close to 4WD beach access and about a 5 minute drive from the Amity Point township. Located in a lovely bush setting, this property is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. There are large covered decks at the front & rear of property with gas BBQ & outdoor setting for 8 people, making it perfect for outdoor entertaining. The fenced back yard is suitable for small dogs (outside only). The house sleeps a maximum of 10 guests, the first bedroom offering a Queen bed, the second with 2 X tri-bunks and one single bed and the third bed with a double bed and one set of single bunks.
The kitchen/dining/ living room is open plan with air conditioning and ceiling fans for guest comfort and the living area offers a TV, DVD and CD player. The neat and tidy kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, Espresso coffee maker and large fridge. The bathroom has a bath with separate shower and a separate toilet and the laundry offers a top loader washing machine and dryer. Plenty of off street parking.
Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!

The house was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed and more. It truly exceeded our expectations. The location was tranquil and beautiful. Communication with the rental agency was excellent. We highly recommend staying at this property. Perfect for families and groups.
