I recently stayed for a business event, which happened to be on my birthday. I was pleasantly surprised to return to my room and see a lovely and delicious surprise waiting for me from Lily and the Reception Team. Thanks so much x
My only problem is there was a dark stain on the bed spread, but as soon as I notified reception they had someone come up and completely change the bed spread.
We have stayed at this property a couple of times and it always delivers what is promised. Room was in excellent condition and the buffet breakfast was great for the price.
Our go to location. Good price for a nice room in a convenient location. Will be even more convenient once the cross river rail construction is finished.
Full access to Westin Hotel facilities included.
Didn’t like much. Room was not serviced on 2nd day.
Excessive car parking @ &120 per night
Very basic room, filthy windows overlooking store houses & apartments, certainly not a city view.
Rushed check in @ staff not following up with crucial information
Our room wasn't made up, and had to ask twice for fresh towels. Where you eat breakfast is dark and unappealing. Rail works 24/7 making sleep difficult
The staff and service was superb, they really contributed to us having an enjoyable "long weekend" exploring the city. The room was clean and tidy, but nothing special.
A very limited range of teas, and 4 sachets of decaf instant coffee didn't inspire. I took up the offer of a coffee and muffin deal on Level 1, to be told they had no muffins (8:00am) and I should go downstairs to buy a coffee as the "beans are better".
The noise from the adjacent night works is atrocious - it was so loud and continuous that made sleep impossible. There was no notification prior to warn of the inconvenience, and when the noise started it was too late to do anything. The only prewarning was a set of ineffective ear plug on the table to apologise for the noise. If i have have known prior to I would not have stayed here.
We had a great experience with this hotel chain. We were booked into the 4 Points by Sheraton Brisbane but we received an upgrade to their sister hotel next door, which is called the Westin Hotel.
Both hotels looked exceptional. The staff at both hotels were very professional and nice. Both hotels are ideally located midtown Brisbane which gave us access to everything that Brisbane City had to offer.
It was a pleasent experience on all accounts and we would definitely stay here again.

Traveled with family and small children, Traveled with partner
We splurged on a two bedroom suite for our night at the Sheraton Four Points and it was worth every dollar! We arrived at 6:30 am after a 14 hour flight and were grateful to be able to park our car and leave our luggage with the hotel while we went out to spend our day at the Botanic Garden along the river. When we returned to the hotel to check in, we were awed by the size of our spacious suite and the views of the city and the river. Amazing suite bathroom with an enormous tub - the perfect amenity for an exhausted traveler. Rooms were quiet, beds were comfortable, room service breakfast was abundant and delicious. Staying at the Four Stars Brisbane was ideal; a calm and restorative beginning to our two week Australian adventure.
